Bit tatty to be honest - bulbs didn't work in the living room and wireless reception was only possible in the foyer of the hotel.

it could have done with a coat of paint. room looked very shabby

Family trip for 4 people. Only double bed and sofa bed were made but sofa bed was too dusty. No blanket, no bedsheet, no pillow for 1 person.. Extra blaket were to dirty to use only 2 sets of towel and 1 toilet paper for 3 nights stay for 4 people. What's worse, I have to buy them.. Bathtub water drain was stucked and not fixed, in spite of even informed it. Shower was not controlled. While taking shower, to avoid water out of bath tub, should be sitted but dirty waer didn't go throuth.

Nothing the hotel is quite simply awful Light fixtures hanging off the wall Bedroom with one tiny window looking onto the corridor which is great for privacy and security Balcony overlooking garbage Doors a d wallin terrible state Ridiculous signage makingit very difficult to find rooms reception from The car park Otherrooms over railway lines etc etc Have stayed all over the world -the worse!!!

For the price, it had air conditioning and a decent balcony. It is two minutes from a lovely beach. The pools are good if you have children. Near also to Cannes central, one stop on the train which is a 10 minute walk away. We visited Monaco, which cost 37 euros for a family ticket return, which was worth doing as a day out. The beach at this hotel is much better (and free), than at central Cannes. We were supplied with towels, and dishwasher tablets etc, which was good.

The room was a bit shabby, but as a bolt hole it was ok and had everything we required. The main problem was that if you have a room where the balcony overlooks the pool, your evenings will be noisy, there are parties and events around the pool of an evening, which can get loud, but it was amusing sometimes to watch! If you have small children, opt for a room that doesnt overlook the pools if you can, otherwise it was good value for money. I have answered 'yes' to the question of whether I would recommend it, but with some resevations, as mentioned.

The hotel is not what I accept it to be

If you want to use this hotel for the Cannes film festival it is very good,the bus service is very good in to cannes and runs as late as 1.30am at 1euro,a good familly hotel La bocca is not far from central cannes while a lovley local area, great fresh food market outside the hotel appartments.

Le confort d'un autre temps habitué au confort maeva il est aujourd'hui le même groupe, je ne choisirai plus un complexe pierre et vacances..

Pas cher mais tout en option payante, parking, wifi. Jackuzi et hamam en réparation non signalé.
