Nothing the hotel is quite simply awful Light fixtures hanging off the wall Bedroom with one tiny window looking onto the corridor which is great for privacy and security Balcony overlooking garbage Doors a d wallin terrible state Ridiculous signage makingit very difficult to find rooms reception from The car park Otherrooms over railway lines etc etc Have stayed all over the world -the worse!!!

The hotel is not what I accept it to be

Family trip for 4 people. Only double bed and sofa bed were made but sofa bed was too dusty. No blanket, no bedsheet, no pillow for 1 person.. Extra blaket were to dirty to use only 2 sets of towel and 1 toilet paper for 3 nights stay for 4 people. What's worse, I have to buy them.. Bathtub water drain was stucked and not fixed, in spite of even informed it. Shower was not controlled. While taking shower, to avoid water out of bath tub, should be sitted but dirty waer didn't go throuth.

The local market, great for local fresh seafood and fruit,veg. Saturdays it turns into a buzzy clothes market

Shabby, tired the manerger was super unhelpful, we had to push very hard to change our room 3 times. The staff behind the desk tried there best

If you want to use this hotel for the Cannes film festival it is very good,the bus service is very good in to cannes and runs as late as 1.30am at 1euro,a good familly hotel La bocca is not far from central cannes while a lovley local area, great fresh food market outside the hotel appartments.

The shower in the room was amazing.

Tutto pero tutto e negativo, tutto vecchio , tutto sporco , le camere non sono per niente confortevole, e distante di cannes centro , tutte le foto sono taroccate (evviva il fotoshop) , sembra uno spettacolo invece e tutto il contrario. Il personale e inefficiente non parlano italiano, spagnolo , qualcuno a mala pena parla inglese , non ti rispondono mai al telefono quando chiami dalla abitazione , un incubo totale, parcheggi allagati , non ti cambiano le lenzuola , copri letti rotti ,ho anche delle foto a chi ha bisogno se li spedisco , da non credere veramente .la zona cannes la bocca e un incubo, per andare alla spiaggia devi passare da un tunnel alto 1,65 chi e più alto devi abbassarsi per attraversarlo ....lasciate perdere questo postaccio ......

Obsługa - nie polecam nikomu tego miejsca !!! są dużo lepsze hotele w cannes za tą samą cene !!! szybkość internetu jest na żenującym poziomie ! ******************** SERVICE - I DO NOT RECOMMEND ANYONE THIS PLACE !!! FOR THE SAME PRICE ARE MUCH BETTER HOTELS IN CANNES !!! SPEED INTERNET IS AT LEVEL EMBARRASSING !

La solita cosa piacevole : hai tutto a portata di mano dal mare allo sport ai mercati etc . etc.

Ma di negativo la non pulizia totale , questa moquette che è molto sporca , giu' nei box ci sono sempre delle zone allagate con olio delle auto sparso , proprio in una di quelle pozze sono scivolato con contusione al ginocchio destro ed abrasione , non ho esposto denuncia un'altra persona al mio posto se ne sarebbe approfittato , ho fatto presente la cosa al direttore del residence , da lui mi sarei aspettato quantomeno uno sconto ho sul posteggio o qualcosa , invece nulla , spiacevole la cosa , il mondo come si suol dire è dei furbi .....

Contrairement aux commentaires lus qui nous ont fait douter de cette résidence nous avons été pleinement satisfait de notre séjour.Accueil sympathique à notre arrivée, logement propre et bien agencé avec de nombreux placards (appartement 4 personnes). situation en centre ville et proximité de la plage et à 5 mn de cannes centre en voiture. Penser à demander un appartement côté soleil qui brille toute la journée d'un côté de la résidence si agréable hors saison.

Avec l'âge de cette résidence et le passage intensif des clients il serait bon de revoir le fonctionnement des ascenseurs (boutons HS qui vous oblige à monter 1 étage plus haut ou plus bas. Présence de poissons d'argent dans la baignoire le matin. Sur nos 2 semaines seuls les premiers jours du nouvel an ont été bruyant en effet il vaut mieux éviter les vacances en même temps que les italiens qui sont très fêtard cri et bruits en pleine nuits qui sont amplifiés par la résonance de cette résidence qui forme une cour centrale fermée. La piscine est prévu d'être enjolivée mais vu les taux d'occupations très élevés même en hivers avec 690 logements ne serait-il pas possible de couvrir l'un des bassins pour pouvoir fréquenter la piscine même l'hivers ?
