Set in the residential district of La Croix des Gardes, the residence benefits from a breathtaking view over Cannes’ bay, the Lérins Islands and the red rocks of the Estérel mountain range.

It provides well-equipped apartments as well as a bar and restaurant whose terrace overlooks the sea. Moreover, it offers many modern comforts, including a reception which is open every day. Enjoy a wide range of activities throughout the year.

If cancelled up to 30 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.

If cancelled up to 15 days before date of arrival, 25 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 8 days before date of arrival, 50 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled up to 1 day before date of arrival, 75 percent of all nights will be charged.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

Children and extra beds

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Extra beds are not available.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Room information

In addition to the facilities already listed, all the apartments are fitted with 4 electric hobs, a mini-oven, an electric coffee-maker and a terrace or balcony with garden furniture. A safety deposit box and a phone are available at an additional cost.

Cost includes:

- Accommodation.

- 1 pillowcase per person.
- Bathroom linen.
- 2 dishcloths per apartment.
- Cleaning kit.
- End of stay cleaning (kitchen area and washing-up excluded).

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

The reception is open everyday from 08:00 to 20:00.

Location, lots of green, pool.

The apartment has not been used for sometime, and there was dust in closets. Toilet too small. Thin walls.

See view from the room. Good parking. Free wifi in the lobby.

too noisy, lots of families with screaming kids from 7am! small selection in the hotel shop in terms of food (1 yoghurt! for example). Comfort of beds. 40min to check in! - receptionist gets my booking, told me to wait and went to have a cigarette outside...

the pool

the hotel lost the keys to our room when we returned to the hotel so we couldn"t stay in our room and security put us in a room that hadn't been cleaned yet as the only option

La tranquilité, le bon choix de l'emplacement du studio (avec vue sur la mer), la propreté du site, la liberté durant le séjour (on ne sent pas qu'on est contrôlé), l'organisation, la répartition des clients dans tout le complexe et donc on ne se sentait pas compressé par les autres clients, la facilité d'accès des lieux, la vue splendide sur Cannes, les autres clients sympathiques.

Le code du stationnement qui change sans que l'on soit averti (nous laissant bloquer dans le garage), on devrait systématiquement averti et pas devoir passer par la réception chaque Samedi pour connaître le nouveau code. C'est tout !

het weer en temperatuur !!!!! Het uitzicht naar zee.

de kamer was vies en oud, het eten was koud en niet lekker terwijl je in

Il posto è davvero bello e lo stesso vale per la piscina. Il personale è molto gentile e disponibile. L'appartamento pulito, confortevole e con una vista stupenda.

Tranquilo y cerca del centro e Cannes

Faltaban muchos utensilios de cocina, como platos, vasos y cazulelas.
Faltaba la cortina de la ducha . En general el mantenimiento del apartamento es bajo .Muy pocas hamacas en la piscina. Hay demasiados apartamentos para pocas superficie de piscina
