location service staff roof deck with pool and view
slow internet service
Overall the hotel is decent- clean and comfortable but you expect more for 4*. Good access to la croissette and staff were helpful. The pool is nice. Good for public transport.
Decor is dated, spa is not included in the price, elevator is tiny- 2 ppl max with no luggage! No view of Mediterranean - only on rooftop. Not a 4* maybe 3/3.5*
The staff was very friendly and helpful indeed. I liked the breakfast.
Nothing spacious at the hotel. The Wi Fi was terrible!
The pool was always quiet and relaxing even in peak season.
Our first room had an air conditioning leak so we had to change, but the room we moved to was much smaller (even the bed was smaller) though classed as the same. It felt like a downgrade.
Nice rooftop pool the location
Wifi did not work in our room Floor and wall damp from dripping Air Con Unit The spa has just been built in the basement and is not really a spa more of a grim white room with a massage table. Room looked nothing like the image on the website at all Staff didn't speak very good english We reserved a car parking space and they forgot parking is very expensive

Although the hotel was close to centre, It was by the train station, which required walking trough passage.
The staff were very friendly and accommodating. Matilda from the front desk was exceptional and extremely helpful with some of our travel enquiries.
The staff were nice. The hotel location is good and the SNCF railway station is just in front of hotel and 500m to the beach. The parking area of this hotel is full when we arrived at 10pm but public parking area is 50m away only and we paid 10.3 euro for 14 hours parking. The 32 inches HD TV set in the room is good. Free wifi is avaiable but connection speed is low.
The king size bed is combined by two single bed. You need to stand in the bathtube to have a shower.
The facilities are not at all what the hotel pics showed. The rooms need to be renovated . The staff is not very friendly.
well i tried to cancel my reservation but i wasnt able to. my cc was charged right away.
The rooms were spacious and clean. Hotel was also close to the train station. Barely 3 minutes away. Those were the only things that mattered to me.
Nothing much to say except it wasn't the closest to the cannes festival area. It was about 15 minutes walk but not a bad thing considering it is a good hotel just located a bit further away. There weren't shoos nearby to buy things to eat or dine at. Gotta go past the train station for convenience stores and restaurants.
location is good. Breakfast also. Bed is good. Calm.
Reseptionist try to cansell my reservation 20 minutes before my arrival into hotel room!!! During Film Festival! Reservation made 3 monthes before and paid before a hand. STRESS!
Service was very friendly and extremely helpful always. Hallways clean and rooms excellent and very clean, lovely sheets. I witnessed front desk dealing with demanding guests on the phone and they did it with grace and professionalism.
It would have been nice to have a couple of bottles of water in the room a tea pot, with tea and instant coffee, etc could be useful. Iron and ironing board would also have been helpful, I could have asked for one I know but in the room is best. Bar was not very inviting but they did their best
I like the location of the hotel in the fact that it was close enough to the croisette, a 10min walk. However, it wasn't easy getting there as there is a train station and overpass blocking and preventing you crossing the road. Therefore we used a subway that had a bad smell of urine and was full of homeless people. Not a route I would recommend for children! The staff were friendly and accommodating and the hotel was relatively clean. They allowed us to have a late checkout (one extra hour) at no extra cost on our departure.
The wifi didn't always work. There was no mini bar in the room so we had to but water from the shop daily and carry it back to the hotel as it gets so hot at night. The air con didn't work very well in 2 of the 4 rooms we had. The breakfast was charged at €17 and consisted of runny eggs, fatty bacon, some fruit, terrible coffee, no bread, toaster didn't work, no staff attended to us by the way of plates, cutlery or cups. We had to find out own!! Hence we only ate there once and never went back! There was no restaurant in the hotel at all and no room service so you had to venture out to get something to eat/snack on. We paid €10,000 for 4 rooms during the Cannes festival and our supposed "superior rooms" were tiny and no double bed. Instead they pushed 2 single beds together which was uncomfortable to say the least. Overall I was incredibly disappointed with the hotel and the building works going on around us on a daily basis. The hotel was immensely expensive and poor value for money. I go away every year and this is the first review I have ever left for any hotel in decades. But I feel people should know what a disappointment this hotel was to us and could be for you.
great location and staff very friendly and helpful
The room was quiet and clean, and comfortable, and the staff was friendly and helpful.
The buttons on the phone (reception etc.) did not work. Impossible to get the TV to work in original language version. And the shower went from a strong jet of cold water to a trickle of boiling hot. Impossible to get a nice warm shower. One broken hanger in the closet.
The lady in reception was very welcoming and it was very much appreciated that she could speak English very well as we only speak a little French. The following day she greeted me by name which had a very positive effect on both my wife and myself.
Great location, friendly staff,
small room, no water, tiny pool
Friendly and helpful staff. Very big TV screen in the room.
The room we got was a bit small.
the working stuff is excellent&very friendly they helping you, they are always with smile
there is no mini bar in the room at night if you want to drink water you have to go down to the reception to get water at night only one employe in the hotel working at the reception & this is not safe small rooms old furniture
Car parking facility Friendly staff
Problems with an elecrical fitting (bedside lamp) Breakfast too expensive Slow lift (elevator)
