the beds pillows were disgraceful

The view was nice from my balcony and it had a good pool, although cold.

The room was awful, no way could it take more than one person despite the huge amount of tiny beds they squashed into the room. I was alone and had to sleep on single sofa bed which was the best. It was so thin i could barely turn in the night. The room smelled awful and it was really old inside and tiny. No towels for two days, impossible to get reception staff or help out of their hours of work, internet only worked sometimes despite paying extra. The worst hotel room i have ever stayed in.

Very bad Wifi-Signal, Only 3 beds for 4 persons. Not what we ordered! The room MUCH smaller than on the picture!

Having read some of the reports on this site I was expecting the worse...but it was ok...I would liken it to the sort of apart hotels you get at skI resorts...I was at an expo in Cannes and it was fine for me..although if I was with the family I think it would simply have been a place to sleep...the pool looked nice and the view from my room was fantastic...although be warned...as is often the case on the cote d'azur the sea view also comes with passing trains...which did run through the night. I was glad not to be in Cannes itself...and the buses run every five minutes direct to the palais all in all I was very happy...but this is not a luxury retreat...but a very clean friendly and practical solution for me.

The location was good a two minute walk from the beach very little noise at night time also plenty of cafes and supermarkets ,with in easy reach of cannes bus stop round corner from hotel only 1 euro, or 30 minuinte walk along beach .trains near by to bring you to italy, montecarlo ,

The room is narrow. Rooms are clastrofobic. Reception is only 6-8 hr a day.

Avoid at all costs. The staff was never there. We had to ask everyday for towels and toilet paper. In 4 days, no one cleaned our room... Very poor service. Even the day we left we didn't find anyone to leave our keys and just found out I got charged 48 pounds extra for no reason... Very disappointed! Plus it's very far from the centre and the area isn't nice at all. If you go to Cannes stay somewhere more central. If not you will end up paying more for taxis and trains. We were talking in the terrace around 10pm and we got told off for being too noisy... Beyond ridiculous. I will never go back there!

Etat de l'appartement correct et bien équipé.

L'état du bâtiment : très vieillot, tous est à refaire: les façades, le carrelage ....!!! Sentiment d'insécurité lié au lieu. vue mer mais aussi voie ferrée + trains (bruyant).

La grande terrasse et la vue sur le parc aquatique et la mer

La gentillesse du personnel d'accueil. Jeune mais volontaire,à l'écoute,et trés patiente. Trés bonne présentation digne d'un 4 étoiles

Manque d'information sur les équipements et prestations. Pas de sécurité. L'accueil est "terne". Bâtiment qui semble être à l'abandon. éTage et ensemble pas propre...

Po przyjeździe nie było nikogo w recepcji. Klucze były w sejfie do którego nie było kodu. Po 30 min. Przyszła jakaś osoba , która dała mi klucze bez sprawdzenia nazwiska. Okazało się ,że mój apartament nie jest tym, który zamówiłem. Ze względu na godziny wieczorne i nieczynną recepcję nie było możliwości zamiany apartamentu. Na drugi dzień byłam zgłosić problem, jednak nic się nie dało zrobić. Przy oddaniu kluczy poprosiłam o rozmowę z kierowniczką hotelu, która stwierdziła pomyłkę podczas wydania kluczy. W efekcie końcowym zapłaciłem za duży apartament 4-5osób, a dostałam apartament dla 2 osób. Nie polecam!

Je nai pas apprécié rester 2h a chercher une solution a 0h pour récupérer des clé dans le coffre qui n étais même pas présente a l'intérieur. Jai eu une chambre de secours qui ne me convenait pas et netais pas celle que javais réservé.

Après la première nuit qu'on n'a pas pu passer à l'hotel c'est un séjour agréable. C'etait propre, le personnel était gentil. L'hotel ma donné une confirmation pas écrit que Booking va me rembourses 80.- Euro pour la nuit ratée. On n'était pas les seul qui attendaient urgent un parties.

Presque tout, sauf le manque de linge de lit et de toilette.

Il manquait du linge de lit et de toilette. Nous étions 5 personnes dans un logement jusqu'à 6 personnes et le linge n'était prévu que pour 4 personnes.

ресепшн работает не постоянно. время работы ресепшн с 9,00-12,00 и с14,00- 19,00. в остальное время все закрыто. если вдруг надо уехать в раннее или позднее время - некому сдать ключи. таже ситуация, если что-то нужно. входная дверь в вечернее и ночьное время на кодовом замке и если забудешь, то не войдешь в отель.
