The check in time is not understandable. Also the front office is closed at hours most important. The floor was not clean at all.there was no AC no fan and if windows where closed there would be no cross ventilation. |

In the lobby of hotel the dog made "his stuff" and nobody did not clean up the mess for whole day. The same was with the tree leafs which were upfront of the room door. It seems like nobody cares for clenaliness of public spaces in the hotel. Few elevators did not worked. The apartements need refurbishments. Receptionists were very kind and helpful. The price for stay was good. |

The view from the balcony was fantastic, beyond the railway tracks and graffiti - which you very soon didn't notice. The nearest beach was very short - you had to nestle in amongst the rocks to lie down, but the sea was warm and clear. The pool was lovely - clean and big enough to handle lot's of bathers. The area is very expensive for shopping and eating out, but there are some lovely places locally - the 'African' is well worth a try. The train station is 5 minutes walk and opens up the Cote D'Azure and the Italian Riviera at very reasonable rates - Buy at the ticket office rather than the machines, it's much cheaper (up to 50%). There are shops metres away that meet your daily needs. The trains go through slowly and screach through the points at all hours and the traffic on the Corniche is never ending, but you don't go to Cannes for a quiet holiday! It is a pretty basic holiday hotel, mostly French clientel. |

Reception closes at 7pm. I checked in at 1:00AM. It was hard to find someone to give me the keys to the apartment. I had to go to IBIS to call security. Otherwise I'd sleep in the street. |

The price was very good value. The view over the pool is nice. The apartment was clean. Connections to Cannes itself are very easy, as buses stop just a few minutes from the hotel every 10 minutes or so during the day (far fewer at night). The reception opening hours meant that I had left the hotel before it opened and got back when it was closed. As there were no towels in the room, I had to buy one myself. |
