Located in the Cannes-La-Bocca district, the residence curves around a garden planted with flowers.

All the apartments with sea view offer a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea thanks to their upper-floor location and glass balconies. The beach is only 50 metres away.

Moreover, it offers many modern comforts, including a reception which is open every day. Enjoy a wide range of activities throughout the year.

If cancelled later or in case of no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.

One child under 2 years is charged EUR 15.00 per stay in a baby cot.

Maximum capacity of babycots in a room is 1.

Extra beds and baby cots are upon request and need to be confirmed by the hotel.

Supplements will not be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.

Room information

In addition to the listed amenities all apartments have a kitchen area equipped with 4 hotplates, a mini-oven. A safety deposit box, phone and television are available at an additional cost. All the apartments feature a balcony or a terrace with garden furniture. Some apartments have facilities for the disabled.

Cost includes:

• 1 pillowcase per person.
• 2 dishcloths per apartment.

DEPOSIT
A EUR 200 deposit per apartment must be paid on arrival (by cheque or credit card). It is refundable upon departure after inventory.

There is not much to like about it. Every service - even TV takes additional payment. To enable your phone you have to pay. No internet. 8 euro for very poor breakfast. The prices drastically increased from the previous year.
