    * All the staff we met during the week we stayed there the summer of 2014 was very pleasant and helpful. The area around reception nice and welcoming. * We had booked the apartment with sea view and got wonderful sea view from our living room and porch. * Okay equipped kitchen in the apartment, with fridge, hob, microwave, coffee maker, utensils, service, cooking utensils and cutlery. * 2 great pools. The pool area was nice and clean. * The apartment's facility was located in a quiet area and had a great location, just few minutes walking distance from the long, beautiful fine sandy beach. * Several cozy little shops and grocery store, pharmacy, bakery, cafe and restaurants close by. (Larger supermarkets bit further away.) * Just a few kilometers outside the center of Cannes. We were a bit lazy and thought it was a bit long walk from the hotel with some luggage / shopping bags, but found that it was very convenient to take the bus. * Bus stop Mairie Annexe three minutes away, where you can take bus No. 1 or 2 to and from Cannes center for only 1 euro and 50 cents per trip. We never checked the bus times, but never waited more than 10 minutes before a bus came. * The train station Cannes la Bocca is only about 5-6 minutes walk from the apartment's facility. From there (direct) train along the French Riviera until the Italian town of Ventimiglia, a train ride that takes only 1 hour and 37 minutes, with many stops at train stations along the way. Our family of 2 adults and 3 children aged 12, 15 and 16 paid 50 euro for day tickets which lasted all day, and then we could go on and train as many times as we wanted. (35 euros for a family ticket 2 adults + 2 children under 16 years + 15 euros for adult tickets to our 16 year olds son.) It is continually train all day long. The trains that run between the stations Cannes La Bocca and Ventimiglia go about 1 time per hour from early morning until late at night.

    * Apartment for 5 people was tiny! But since we were mostly outdoors all day, it went fine. * Since there were many apartments at one place, there were a lot of people around and quite noisy from early morning until late at night, especially during the day around the pool area. No noise from music and partying, but families and high voices. We did not care all that much about it, but we preferred the gorgeous beach right by. But people who care for the sound should consider choosing a different hotel to vacation. * The beds were guite hard. It was fine for us for a week, but be prepared. * There was no air conditioning in the apartments, and warm to sleep at night. Perhaps, it was possible to rent air conditioning and pay extra? We forgot to ask ... * It cost extra to use the inter net and the safe. It also cost extra if you wanted cleaning and / or replenishment of towels and linens. Toilet paper, detergent etc. have to buy yourself. * The floors were made of a kind of straw mats. We think that it would be more convenient and hygenic with tile flooring. * There were some tiny ants in the apartment. But maybe it has more to location and climate make than the apartment's facility? * The railroad went right below the hotel. From time to time a train went by, but the trains passed quickly and did not bother us at all. It actually reminded about the roar of waves from the ocean. But those who care for such sounds should consider other hotels.

Its a great place to stay. You can have a beautiful view from the sea. The apartments are a little bit small, but we enjoyed it.

    There is no free internet.

I liked the pool and the location (two minutes walk to the beach) Great view to the sea & pool

The apartments are small, and there are NO AIRCONDITIONS. The railroads are too close to the hotel and the trains are adding unwanted noise.

2 minutes from the beach nice pool big balconies shops are just around the corner

    - Looks very 70's maybe needs a little bit of paint and modern furniture or else it looks like a retirement home from old movies.

    - the entrance of the hotel is totally hidden, there's no place to park when you arrive before checking in and you can not go into the parking garage unless you are already checked in! - Dirty!, the apartment and common areas in general - we had ants in the apartment everywhere - nobody told us we had to make our bed ! and that there was no cleaners coming during the stay -very poor general maintenance, painting, etc - went down to have a coffee for breakfast and they told us we couldn't have one as we didn't reserved!!! Is there a need of reservation to have a coffee at the hotel?! again nobody told us before. - staff were friendly BUT totally unaware of were to recommend us to go outside in the neighborhood for a simple coffee!

Location to train station and easy access to the beach

Staff was not pleasant and the front desk reception was only open for about 2 hours a day. We had no place to check out during the check out time. The staff never told us about that and told us we had free wifi but we had to pay for it

The internal green areas, swimming pool. The area was fully guarded and evident. The fact that the pool guard removed towels from the lounger chairs when no one was there and place left unnattended. Customer probably left towel to avoid other people to sit there while he is out at lunch. So top marks for this detail. Another brilliant point was pet friendly and accepted dogs.

Very shabby looking, very old and a monstrous building felt like in prison, the place needed at least a lick of paint. Very filthy public areas. Lift didn't work, only one during the whole time. Extremely loud, loud music for the whole area for the aerobic sessions they offered, people shouting, kids screaming, Staff hardly spoke English just French. Also when I checked in I asked for a car park space, the guy at reception said there's nothing available!!. And then asked me to write my address down on a paper. When he saw my address he said Oh we do have parking space available!!. Outrageous!!!. What was he looking at?. The entrance very filthy unhygienic and poor looking. No air conditioning!, No cleaning tools in flat. I felt like I was flying Ryanair.... I had to pay for the air I breath inside the residence. At the end of the day the value was no better than the flat I took the previous week which had all mod conditions inside, all-inclusive price rather that pay for the extras. I thought the price didn't justify the quality of the place, away from the city centre, no free wifi, no free cleaning tool kit, no free air conditioning and very very big building with poor and filthy looking areas. Outrageous!. Definitely not recommending to anyone nor am I going back there.

Nice Pool, nice room and view

They had to many rools, not allowed to drink or eat anything in the pool area, security was cheching that you followed the rools all the time. And if you want to drink a coke or eat a ice cream or take a cigarette , we had to stay outside the gate, and could return to our sun beds when we was done. What a vacatiion !! There was no towel in the room, we had to rent them from the reception, even when I showed them my booking was included the towels. They said it was's mistake.and I still had to pay for towels each time I wanted new ones. It's not allowed to play in the pool area. Not even on the grass in front of the rooms. The reception staff did not speak English very well and did not understand many of the things we said. Just one man in the reception understood a little , so he tried at least
