we had booked a superior double room and were given a very good room on the 1st floor(no.116) with its own private balcony, overlooking the sea. The dining menu was limited and, we felt, not very good value. .Ahotel in which to stay, but not eat, as there are many good, inexpensive restaurants all around we were very upset that our stay was ruined by the last night, when we had no sleep all night, due to a wedding reception disco going on until 4 am, followed by 2 hours of the staff moving furniture - all immediately under our room. Despite telephoning and going down to remonstrate, we had no help from the hotel management and we were not satisfactorily treated. Despite subsequent emails, we have received no communication from the hotel. A lovely situated hotel, but distinctly lacking management! We wouldn't go again and would not recommend. |

The outside bar area was comfortable and the bar staff were attentive. Ideally placed for the beach. The rooms I had booked - 2 Superior rooms - were not available due to overbooking. One couple had to downgrade to a standard room. We were only informed of this on arrival despite the hotel having my telephone number and email address.They didn't accept that upgrading one couple to a so called club room ( with a postage stamp balcony that was permanently in the shade) didn't compensate for the couple that had to downgrade! |

The location of the hotel is good and easy to reach. The hotel has good spa type facilities. The room we stayed in (107 I think). had a smell of burning rubber. The room was very noisy - due to machinery outside or under the room. The room prices are very high. |

It is really near the ocean just a few meters! So nice to hera the ocean from the room during the night. There are a few surf spots near. the survis is not so good. Mini bar didn/t refull any time, we aske at the reseption but they always forget. The clearness is not very good. There were a sadn from the beach in the capet but the cleaner didn't clera it... anyway it was nice stay there. |

Great location with nice views and good sized bedroom. Excellent restaurant and comfortable bar. Water supply was cut off for a short while and afterwards the hot water was dirty and unusable for 24hrs. Unfortunate and probably unavoidable, but sadly no offer of compensation. |

la chambre avec la vue sur l'océan est un vrai plaisir pour les yeux. le repas du soir excellent et la terrasse sur le front de mer sympa salle de bain pour les sportifs!!! la moquiette est à revoir dans les parties communes. |

Les infrastructures sont vraiment ce qu'il se fait de mieux actuellement et Le Baya survole ses conccurents sur Hossegor et Capbreton sans aucun problème. Trés belles chambres literie parfaite salle de bain avec douche Italienne (de plein pied). Chaines tv à choix multiple. Un parking extérieur gratuit et l'océan à moins de 100 mètres. Si on souhaite le petit déjeuner compris c'est pratiquement 20 euro de plus pour deux personnes. On est donc en droit " d'espérer " un petit déj. Continental à la hauteur. A 9h15, las, las, il n'en fut rien, plus du tout de viennoiseries, le désert, quelques charcuteries, trois morceaux de pain et plus rien. Malgré une petite fournée de mini croissants une vingtaine, gros comme des madeleines, qui sont partis en 30 secondes nous sommes restés vraiment déçus par cette prestation qui tenait plus de l'incompétence d'un personnel mal informé par la fréquentation de l'hotel quasiment plein. La prochaine fois nous irons déjeuner à 6h00 et nous recoucherons pour en avoir au moins un peu pour notre argent. |

accueil et personnel ....; parfait .......hall d'entrée et déco très pétillants ....... une vue très agréable sur l'océan ....... une nourriture excellente .....malgré les dires de certains employé de grosse boite qui viennent faire leur séminaire .......je recommanderai le restaurant ... mais pas l'hotel ......ou alors pour un voyage d'affaire et encore ... la décoration ...... un peu trop près du style hopital .....; manque de tableaux de bois flotté .... tout ce qui rappelle l'océan et la nature .....tout le hall d'entrée est super .... avec de belles couleurs ..... le rete de l'hotel ... est fade ...... Quant au Spa ..... il vaut mieux l'oublier ...... je l'ai trouvé carrément limite .... d'ailleurs on s'est juste contenté d'un petit sauna ....... je pense qu'avec peu de moyens et une bonne déco ..... tout rentrerai facilement dans l'ordre .......je suis d'hossegor ....... et je ne ferais pas la pub ....... |

Excelente, casi sobre la playa, he ido en invierno para ver los atardeceres en el atlantico, aunque lamentablemente estaba nublado la atencion del personal del hotel ha compensado. Las instalaciones de relax estaban bien, (piscina, sauna humedo y seco). La habitacion perfecta. Los restaurantes del puerto muy recomendables con unas ostras riquisimas y a un precio bajisimo. No haberme podido quedar mas tiempo. |
