The view and location is exellent, and the sound of waves is fantastic. Hotel is surfer- friendly! The room hotel looked a bit worn out - needs some repairing. Decoration of the panoramic view room could have been more optimistic - it looks boring.

Effortless to stay in. Clean, tidy. Great Breakfast. Smiley, happy, helpful staff. Grumpy Breakfast Manager (they know who they were on the morning of the 17th sept) talking to staff at breakfast in view of guests. Staff themselves were happy, lively and helpful. If there are any issues to be resolved, this should not be dealt with in the middle of service.

La disponibilité du personnel, la gentillesse dans les communications avec les vacanciers....ect. Les repas de la demi pension pouvaient satisfaire tout le monde et le prix des vins étaient abordable. Les petits déjeuners étaient copieux et une grande variété de plats disponibles, manque de pain gris.¨ Le temps était particulièrement mauvais de sorte que nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la terrasse, mais la vue sur la mer et l'orientation des chambres devait certainement être très agréable par beau temps. Les facilités de parking sont un très grand point positif de l'hotel. Le manque de confort dans les chambres et salle de bain 1- une seule chaise ou fauteuil pour se reposer 2- un seul évier dans un espace restreint 3- pas d'étagère ou place pour déposer les nécessaires de toilette 4- compte tenu du prix des chambres l'hotel aurait pu mettre à la disposition des vacanciers une piscine ( sans devoir payer un supplément)

L'hôtel est agréable d'un point esthétique et accueillant, et il y régne un calme qui est appréciable. Le personnel est très discret. Cela fait 2 fois que nous séjournons au Baya Hôtel et nous y reviendrons.

Un emplacement trés agréable face a l'océan qui permet le soir des diners a deux trés romantiques..la chambre est confortable(meme la basique qui permet de voir l'atlantique dans toute sa splendeur),le persnnel tres aimable..l'ambiance est tres zen et cela permet donc un séjur agreable et reposant..un hotel a recommander bien evidemment..

Primera linea de playa, en zona de restaurantes. Junior suite muy luminosa, grande y confortable, con gran terraza. La piscina no se podía usar en Semana Santa por algún tipo de problema. Restaurante muy caro, mejor comer y cenar en los de alrededor del hotel.

Ubicación, tranquilidad, trato, decoración general, desayuno, parking gratuito, habitación amplia, comodidad de la cama, frigorífico. El suplemento excesivo por mascota no especificado previamente (sale más barata la residencia canina donde además de ocuparse de ellos les dan de comer y bañan), luz muy escasa en el baño.

La situation géographique et la déco la salle d'eau : trop sombre sans un endroit pour poser le vanity, sans bonnet de bain, le chauffage semble n'obeir qu'à son maître la douche n'est pas très pratique et il faut être très attentif pour ne pas éclabousser bref : la salle d'eau est à repenser en totalité

J'ai aimé sa situation géographique en bord d'océan ainsi que la vue panoramique de la chambre orchidée. Bâtiment vieillissant (bord de piscine, pavé sur l'entrée, faux plafond de la salle de restauration...) et les équipements de la chambre (robinetterie de baignoire, le sèche serviette non branché, la climatisation non entretenue, les rideaux n'obstruant pas toute la lumière...)
