The staff was very nice and helpful. The room was clean but very poorly outfitted. There were very few pots, pans, dishes, glasses, etc and there were no dish towels or dishwashing soap. There may as well not been a kitchen. We couldn't cook in it. The towels were very worn. One of the exterior blinds was jammed and did not close so the room was very hot in the evening. |

It was very clean and comfortable for the price. Needed a small shelf in the bathroom to put toiletrys and a another in the shower to put your soap and shampoo on. The soap kept falling under my feet and it could have been dangerous. |

Very nice location within walking distanc of the Cathedral (10to 15 minutes). Very friendly helpful staff on reception gave advice on where to eat at night. Room a bit sparse, no tea or coffe making facilities bedding a bit old needed replacing really although their was small kitchen area which was useful to boil water if we had coffee etc that is! |

Our room was large enough to comfortably accommodate 4 adults & 2 children, and the area was quiet. Our room was not clean and the shower was very small! |

We stayed in an apartment with separate kitchen and bathroom so we were able to eat meals there which was a nice change. The apartment was simple but very spacious and quiet at night. There was no phone in the room. |

The friendly and easily understood staff and the abilitieis of your cleaning staff. You should improve the facilities in the kitchen area (broken electric plate and no kettle, no enough working space in the kitchen). |
