It was good price-quality ratio. The front desk girls were indeed nice, gave us a map and answered all questions. The breakfast was really fine, I did not expect it to be so good (the coffee was terrible taste though). The location is also good and convenient. They have an inner parking but it is also possible to park outside on the street and it is really cheap. The hotel is ok for one night. The room was micro small but clean. There were electric hotplates and frypans and cups and plates, but no kettle to make tea. My biggest problem was extremely small wc-shower. They are in a plastic capsule like in a ferry or plane. But even that would be ok if the walls were clean and the shower head not green from someone's shower gel and rust. They could also make the stairways light as this half-dark feels a bit scary in the evening.

Location is convenient and prices for the accommodation is reasonable. Staff was very friendly. The mini-market is right on the corner. Room service was enough poor.

First we arrive, me and my sister we got a stinky - ugly room. We ask for another room and we got an appartment which we had to pay more. beds are old,beddings looks not clean,thin-old towels. The appartment is new renovated(?), could be nicers.

Spacious and clean room, comfortable beds, clean linen, kitchen annex, tv. Clean bathroom and working taps. Polite service, no need to return the key until you leave. Wi-fi inly for Orange users, French keyboard with computer downstairs (real bother for people used to qwerty keyboards).

The location was ideal for our purposes. Bare minimum accommodations. The pillows were sub-standard, in fact they were terrible. No soap to shower with, no bed linens, just a blanket. This should be considered if at were looking at price only.

The biggest surprise was the value for money. For the price paid it would not have been unreasonable for the hotel to be lacking in certain areas, but it does not. Our studio was small, but the bed was comfortable and the bathroom, which was a bit like a small wet room, met our needs admirably. Having a small kitchen area with a fridge, sink and 2 ring hob allowed us to eat what and when we wanted to, and as a result we did not sample the €8 breakfast. Parking is easy and secure, with pinpad access and exit. We will certainly consider staying here again. We initially thought that we may have arrived (on Saturday) at a youth hostel as there were a lot of young people running around the hotel and having room parties. They did not however disturb us after midnight, and we're not there on Sunday and Monday. The premises seem to be used as student accommodation during the week, but apart from smoking heavily in rooms and corridors they did not bother us, apart from their discarded cigarette butts landing on our car!

The bed is comfortable, but terrible pillows. Located near the central square - 10 minutes on foot. Bad smell in the room of the poor quality of furniture or electrical cookers, hoods, not - stuffy. Very small bathroom with shower 1.5 m2.

Spacious, quiet, clean, comfortable, friendly and helpful staff, incredibly good bargain--and the kitchenette was well-equipped and a big plus. A bit of a drive from the famous city center, but the cab fare was reasonable (about 10 euros one way)--worth it for the large savings in room rate.

Large room and bathroom. Quiet (at least, the room I was in, which was facing inwards). Basic furnishings etc but very clean. I forgot to bring shampoo and conditioner with me...and was irritated to see that none were provided. But I guess, for the price, they can't provide too much in the way of extras.

The location of teh hotel is nice: 10 min away fom the center and the crowd. Teh room was clean and in a good shape. No soap in teh shower ! No breakfast after 9h30 on sundays....

“The apartment is literally a stone's throw away from the train station, making it very easy to get to and fro the station. The room was very large and spacious and the toilet was pretty clean too. The reception spoke very good English (and a whole host of other languages, e.g. Spanish). For the price we paid, it is definitely something we would recommend to others visiting Strasbourg.
