Four of us stayed in one of the apartments. We liked that the two rooms were separated, giving two couples a little more privacy. For close to what we would have spent on a hostel, we thought it was a great value and not too far from shops and restaurants. No window in the bathroom - but no big deal. |

The staff was wonderful. Very pleasant and helpful. They even helped me with my car when it would not start after I had checked out. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Strasbourg. It is a fantastic place. |

the fact that it was very convenient for access to Strasbourg centre and we could park securely within the building Uncomfortable bed, poorly equpped kitchenette, generally in need of paint and upkeep |

My towels were always fresh - very efficient and thoughtful. Bins were emptied promptly each day. There were no security boxes. For such a large complex this was rather off-putting. You don't need them in every room you could have them in reception. |

Short walk to city centre for shopping and sightseeing. Large room with kitchen area featuring electric hob, microwave and some cooking utensils. Restricted parking which must be booked in advance. We parked in the street at no cost but allow time to find a space. |

Possibility to make some meal and balcony at the my room - No 954 The box for keys must to be located outside of yard because if customer leaves hotel early at the morning it is impossible to open the entrance doors without room key. I sent mine by post. |

Nice, reasonably clean, quiet neighbourhood a bit too far from city center and tram station(if you retern from a day of sightseeing), soundproofing wouldn't hurt |

Nice staff, great price. Loved that it had a mini kitchen and a tv. Not far from city centre, about 10 minutes walk. Would defintely recommend it. |

Smack center to all Kosher restaurants and stores. The mini kitchenette was great for my family. My kids didn't need quoissants, they needed kellogs which I found in the nearby shop. Very clean. Gave no shampoo |

Nothing great, but everything good - room, breakfast, location, stuff. On street parking possible. In the bathroom there is no place to hang a wet towel or to put a soap. |

The location was great. On street parking was possible and it was an easy walk to the city centre. The area around the hotel has enough cafes and stores for most basics. The kitchenette was poorly stocked with cutlery, plates, glasses and cooking pots. If they'd just spend a few dollars on the detail, this place would be great. |
