location at quiet place not far from the centre
bathroom was quite warn-down curtain was not clean
The location was satisfactory for walking into the main town
We didn't recieve a friendly welcome. We got to our room and there was a double bed a single bed and a broken cupboard. The room was cold, the bathroom was cramped and smelt of sewage the 2 days we were there. The walls are also thin so every cough, sneeze, footstep could be heard.
It was cold in Strasbourg, but it was warm in the hotel. The location is quite good and it's a quiet environment. In my room wifi was excellent.
The room had just the basic things. There was no signal on TV. I expected a kitchenette but I didn't get it.
The price, the location near the tram and city centre, helpful staff, the quiet rooms.
There should be more equipment for cooking provided in the apartments.
Good location in a Jewish quarter close to a synagogue and between city center and European Parliament/Council of Europe.
The first room was not clean. I found hair in the sink and on the toilet. Moreover there was an unpleasant smell of food-and-smooke that lasted also after I left the window open for the whole afternoon. In the second room and the situation was the same: dirty and smoke-smelly. Slow wi-fi connection. A place to avoid.
Price is cheap. And also can be cooked in the room.
Noise isolation is not so good.
A good location, close to the tram station, grocery stores nearby
I stayed in the room with a strong smell of cigarette smoke - I assume it was a smoker room before my stay. No shower gel or shampoo, only a small chunk of soap. A bathroom was uncomfortable at all. It was cold in the room, especially at night.
You could smell smoking in the rooms, although the personal said that one is not allowed to smoke in the rooms. In at least 4 rooms disgusting smoking smell!!! In mindestens 4 Zimmern hat es nach Rauchen gestunken, sehr sehr unangenehm, vor allem wenn man selbst nicht raucht und kleine Kinder dabei hat!
Everything. The room was very dirty, smelly and untidy.
close to the city center
Wifi: never succeded to acess
location, possibility to cook, the price.
bad smell in the bathroom. very small bathroom, few kitchen utensils.
closeness to city center and to CE, simplicity, accessibility
access to internet
It is a litle room but looks confortable
the bath is all plastic and the kitchen is a bit por. you dont have enough to cook.
The wifi connection is very poor or inexistent, this is very annoying if you are in a bussines travel.
The staff is really excellent and the hotel was clean.
position of the hotel is excellent! The staff are very helpful.Actually I am very satisfied with facilities at all!
location, price, parking possibility
It's really nice to cook in room after a whole day visiting out. Though the room is not quite big, especially the bathroom, it's convenient and comfortable.
Wifi is really weak in room.
Saft and quiet.
Weak WiFi signal and hard to access internet.
Location and staff
1st room the shower fell apart.light bulbs not working.si not a good first nightGot an upgrade.
The location was good. A minutes walk to tram stations or 20 minutes walk through historic plazas into town. Room was clean and cleaned daily.
Wifi connection was nonexistent. Staff seemed disinterested in this problem and were very rude to several conference delegates independently staying at the same hotel. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. The bin stank of old food even though it was empty. The smell of drains was very strong in the bathroom. It is expensive for what you get but is still one of the cheaper places to stay in Strasbourg -so I guess they know people will have no choice but to stay here, which is no incentive for them to improve.
Location is fine, just 10 minutes walk to the cathedral, very close to the tram station. Hotel staff helpful and kind. Thanks to the genious offer by booking.com, it was perfect value for money. Good for short stays when the room rate is reasonable.
Weak wi-fi signal and you need to often re-enter your password to continue wi-fi connection. Although not unbearable, cleanliness could be better. The toilet & shower are like you can see in a regular cruise ship, very small. Occassional bad smell coming from the toilet when it rained.
Don't stay here. Our apartment was very grotty. The bathroom smelt like a sewer so we had to keep the door shut to reduce the horrible smell. The kitchen was poorly equiped and dirty. The staff were obviously fully aware of this as they ignored us when we told them about the smell in the bathroom. Pay up and stay somewhere else in Strasbourg! This place may seem cheaper but it us not worth it.
