It's really nice to cook in room after a whole day visiting out. Though the room is not quite big, especially the bathroom, it's convenient and comfortable.
Wifi is really weak in room.
Saft and quiet.
Weak WiFi signal and hard to access internet.
Location and staff
1st room the shower fell apart.light bulbs not working.si not a good first nightGot an upgrade.
The location was good. A minutes walk to tram stations or 20 minutes walk through historic plazas into town. Room was clean and cleaned daily.
Wifi connection was nonexistent. Staff seemed disinterested in this problem and were very rude to several conference delegates independently staying at the same hotel. The kitchen was very poorly equipped. The bin stank of old food even though it was empty. The smell of drains was very strong in the bathroom. It is expensive for what you get but is still one of the cheaper places to stay in Strasbourg -so I guess they know people will have no choice but to stay here, which is no incentive for them to improve.
Location is fine, just 10 minutes walk to the cathedral, very close to the tram station. Hotel staff helpful and kind. Thanks to the genious offer by booking.com, it was perfect value for money. Good for short stays when the room rate is reasonable.
Weak wi-fi signal and you need to often re-enter your password to continue wi-fi connection. Although not unbearable, cleanliness could be better. The toilet & shower are like you can see in a regular cruise ship, very small. Occassional bad smell coming from the toilet when it rained.
Don't stay here. Our apartment was very grotty. The bathroom smelt like a sewer so we had to keep the door shut to reduce the horrible smell. The kitchen was poorly equiped and dirty. The staff were obviously fully aware of this as they ignored us when we told them about the smell in the bathroom. Pay up and stay somewhere else in Strasbourg! This place may seem cheaper but it us not worth it.
The only good thing is indoor parking, although paid!
Big room furnished with taste, modern furniture and appliances (stove, fridge, microwave), window opened into a quiet yard. Roomy elevator. We felt very safe in and around the building. The neighbourhood is very quiet and picturesque. Close to the city centre, tram station is very close. A hearty breakfast can be found for additional pay.
I wish there was a water heater in the room (for tea).
The location is good, only a 10-15 minutes walk to the cathedral and the tram is close. The staff were frendly and the bed was comfortable.
No wifi in the rooms. (But I already knew that when I booked.) The wifi connection was also scetchy in public places where it should work. The bathroom is nothing but a plastic box. The bathroom door was also showing water damage because it is basically in the shower.
+Near to center +Easy access +Price +Near to Grocery 50 m. (8:00 am/9:00 pm) +No annoying sounds around +Nearly Clean
-Shower curtain -Kitchen tools very less -Towels are less -Pillows are very loose and no more you can get -Parking areas always full at night and hotels parking area is not cheap.
Proximity - walking distance to bus/train station, Pettite France, European Institutions. Clean sheets and towels. Great value for money.
Room floor not quite clean, shower too. Can be noisy early in the morning, around 7.00, as garbage or something else is being disposed outside. Wi-Fi is terrible. I had full signal and connection in the room, but its not working. It can only be achieved at the reception, with lots of strugle to have it work. Breakfast offer could be better for 9.80€.
besides wifi connection everything was good.
Cheap, close to transport and local stores
Wifi does not work.
Wifi does not work at all No parking space in house although foreseen
no wifi in rooms
I booked a single room and got a 2 bedroom which was great. Very roomy and quiet
There was no tea towel or dishwashing liquid to clean the dishes. Wifi was dodgy and bathroom cabinet was too tiny
Equipment is bad, can not say not clean but feels so bad when living in it, the bathroom is soooo tiny you can not even turning around in it, and the wifi is fake though, you can not connected it after you tried thousand times!
Plenty of space Quiet
Felt rather grubby Only two towels for three people Kitchen poorly equipped
The room was reasonably clean, and that is about the only favorable thing I can say about my stay in CAP Europe.
The employees at the reception were unpleasant and even rude. The rooms were suppose to have wifi, this was mentioned since the 1st of the 6 night stay and nothing was done about it, even after repeated requests.
Internet connectivity and speed - awful decoration very tired Room not clean
20 min distance to the EP, generous breakfast
Old room, tiniest bathroom ever, only one towel/person
No internet and for 2 nights all I got from saucy staff was stories.smelly hallway.plus the fact that they want you to pay 3euros for washing liquid and sponge.unbelievable.i had to check out and look for a proper catering apartment.they made sure my payment was spread out for the 2days so they don't need to refund.1st day was 62.50€.2nd day was 86.00€.incredible.my worst hotel so far
location parking in private courtyard breakfast staff lift cleanliness of room
shower curtain was useless, which allowed the floor to get very wet ,,,
Location good for people in transit. Easy parking
not even a soap for shower in the toilet
Location, 20 minutes walk to the centre through nice surroundings, quiet room, helpful staff.
Tiny bathroom / shower
