Absolutely tiny rooms for 54 Euros per night, no storage whatsoever, toilet coming away from floor, dark & dingy, smelly corridors, no breakfast till 8am, next to a Lidl supermarket & on corner of busy roads with traffic all night, no lift despite advertising as disabled friendly, no help with luggage, hard beds, scruffy decor. Price reduced by only 5 euros per night despite all this. Never again. |

The welcome was good and the hotel was easy to find. Parking and general facilities were fine. The staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The room was a little bit shabby (missing door handle and rather old bedding) but acceptable as it was a budget deal and just a stop over, not a holiday! |

The bathroom was very clean as were the towels which were of good quality. The beds and linen also comfortable and clean. The LCD TV was fairly large and pictures very good quality ( obviously a digital feed ). The curtain on the window was too small and let too much nightime light in. Wi-fi reception on my netbook was poor in the room and was unable to provide internet access. Although access was available in the lobby ! On the morning of checkout ( Sunday) the reception was closed andno hotel staff were available. As a result we were unable to have breakfast. |

Wifi had a good connection and speed for a free network, Reception, Restaurant and Bar nicely decorated and comfortable with helpfull polite staff. The fami;y room i was given was on the 3rd foor and no lift so quite emotional with 2 toddlers and baggage. |

Der var meget venlig service - og en fin morgenmad. Vi skulle bare overnatte én nat inden tur til Paris. Det var billigt, men helt ok! |

Sa situation : proche de l'autoroute, mais pas bruyant du tout. le manque de personnel : le responsable doit assurer la réception, le petit déjeuner....Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas d'ascenseur est peut être génant pour certains. |

Het is een prima hotel om te overnachten wanner je er alleen hoeft te overnachten. Het is prima verzorgd; prima bed en badkamer. Het hotel is wat verouderd. |

Cadre de l'hotel corect. Canal + ne fonctionait pas, puis entretien du matériel insuffisant Comme la serure de la porte de la chambre fonctionnais trés mal, chasse d'eau wc hs. Par contre cout trés cher pour la braderie de lille par rapport a d'autre hotel de la même catégorie et plus prés de lille avec le métro a coté. |

Le calme Petit déjeuner vous payez 7e50, mais si vous arrivez a 8h00 c est correct, mais si vous arrivez a 9h00 , il n y a plus rien , meme pas une tasse, enfin bref les premiers arrives , les premiers servis , c est honteux |

Familiekamer voor 4 personen, echter maar 1 setje handdoeken. Kamer rook muf. Deurknop kapot, geen nachtslot. Hotel komt verwaarloosd over en personeel wat ongeinteresseerd. |

de service was goed, toen bleek dat er niet voldoende bedden op onze kamer stonden, werden die in no time gebracht. De kamer was ruim en de buffetten in het restaurant waren prima. het hotel heeft een heel sombere uitstraling en het eten a la carte in het restaurant was slecht. |

De ontvangst was zeer vriendelijk. het hotel ligt niet ver van de autoroute A1 en is makkelijk te bereiken.Ruime gratis parkeerplaatsen.Mooie tussenstop met een goed restaurant. |

Bij aankomst goed en vriendelijk geholpen. Receptionist(e) was behulpzaam, 's avonds ook gezellig terrasje buiten. we konden zien dat het slot van een van de door ons gereserveerde kamers pas was vervangen. Later bleek dat wij gewoon met onze kamer sleutel de deur konden openen. Ik hoorde later van de kinderen, die op deze kamer sliepen, dat er onder het bed een bebloed (politie) shirt lag. Lijkt er sterk op dat er iets vreemds op deze kamer is gebeurd. |
