The absence of proper internet connection is an appalling mistake. The hotel has an externally provided Wi-Fi service, but it is notoriously unstable, slow and non-existent for 2/3 of all time, even when "full connection" is selected (the recommended "fast" internet). It is expensive too, paid additionally. No other internet connection except for this is available. Pierre et Vacances have to do something about it. As it is a family resort first of all, there is not much fun after 10 p.m. Although it was not stated explicitly, the hotel required a prepayment prior to arrival.

Beautiful place. Good exercise classes.

Nearly every activity, even lying by the pool, costs extra, you can't get a sunbed near the pool without paying and you can't watch a 3yo near a pool from miles away. Tennis 50 Euros an hour for coaching, more than Geneva! The cost of the holiday adds up to more than if you went out of season to Club Med where it's all-inclusive, and the quality is a LOT lower. Only one decent place to eat in the village(the faux pub with nice home-cooked French food and Belgian beers), the rest is rip-off tourist fare. Childcare expensive, not very comprehensive, a 3 hour gap in the middle of the day makes it impossible to go anywhere, and so-so in quality. Evening entertainment poor, but have perhaps been a little spoilt by Club Med. No cleaning of apartment during stay even if there two weeks. Apartment v. cramped with kids. Apparently P+V members can get good prices with more things included, our deal was poor value for money. Unlikely to return.

the constant noise in village day and night. The very expensive prices at the Super U shop in village. (25 Pampers nappies for 12 euro instead of about 8 euro, 3,50 euro for 1 melon instead of 1,50 euro)

It's an exceedingly healthy resort, which we love. Cap gives us some of the best holidays we ever had. The site, including the woods and on the hills, feels very secure, and the views are stunning. The weather is almost always fabulous, we love the freedom of walking, swimming, eating, and sleeping whenever we want. We like indoor parking and u- Marché, the reasonably priced Express supermarket. Having provision of dishwasher, bed linen, tv and microwave is good. The Petit Train is a great service linking the site. The new car-parking barrier equipment works much better than the old. The weekly Provence Market is fun and a useful service, whilst the swimming pools are excellent and the selling- point of the village.

Only minor comments, to make your stay perfect. The two Petit Trains could do with an extra coach now, they are so popular. The studio bunk beds are ok for children but the space is cramped and not very practical for adults. We would like the microwaves to double as an oven, as they used to - you can't cook many of the frozen foods sold in U-Marché. There are more pool sunbeds provided this year but if you are not swimming all day it is difficult to find a free one or even a space to sit on a towel somewhere (central pools). So we used the top Hameau pool - what a pity the wall there is high and you don't have a view of the sea as you are swimming (like you do from Place de la Bravade pool). Some of the trees on the site could do with pruning as they are growing up and obscuring the "sea view" from your patio.

The Resort is in a fantastic position. The view from the room was terrific. Also the swimming pools were perfectly maintained and exactly as expected. One week here is a very good experience with young children.

The restaurants seems different each other because have different signs but in reality have the same menu. After two days you are obliged to go out for dinner if you want have a choice. The restaurant staff also is very poor. The information at check-in very poor. No one warn you that if you want a deckchair in the swimming pool you must run!!

Accueil froid,femmes de ménages qui hurlent durant leur service,manque de couverts,péage inadmissible et exorbitant du parking alors qu'on n'est pas dans en ville mais dans un site de campagne!!On a même observé le camion qui enlevait des voitures pour la fourrière!!!

belle architecture respectant l'environnement , très pratique pour les personnes avec des ados nous sommes satisfaits car nous accompagnions un goupre de jeunes

Irriterende at franskmænd ikke prøver at snakke tysk eller engelsk, men ellers er de meget venlige og hilser pænt hele tiden.

Zimmer nicht in Ordnung (Abfall der Vor-Gäste nicht entsorgt, Toilettendeckel vollkommen lose, Besteck unvollständig, starker Abwassergeruch aus den Luftabzugsdosen, Terrasse nicht gewischt, keinerlei Putzutensilien wie z.B. Putzlappen) Kostenpflichtige Freizeitaktivitäten (Golf, Tennis, Minigolf) unverhltnismäßig teuer. Golfplatz teilweise in schlechtem Zustand (fast auf jeder Bahn in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Green nicht reparierte Wildschweinschäden großen Ausmaßes)

Wunderschöne Ferienanlage in einem wunderschönen Gebiet

Angenehm mit Kindern, Pool war hübsch, Ende September, Anfang Oktober aber nur noch einer von vier oder fünf Pools geöffnet. Angenehme, freundliche Mitarbeiter

Die Anlage ist am Saisonende etwas herunter gekommen. Wir waren in einem der Haupthäuser nahe der Reception (die ältesten Häuser?), denen eine Renovation oder zumindest eine gründliche Reinigung gut täte. Die Wände voll mit zerquetschten Mücken (wir haben einige hinzugefügt), inklusive Blutspritzer, Boden nicht sauber, Verputz im Bad bröckelt ab, sanitäre Anlagen funktionstüchtig aber nicht mehr zu 100%, Heizung im Bad ghorcht der Schwerkraft und fällt bald von der Wand, die drei Zimmer sehr eng, Matratzen, Kissen und Bettdecken teilweise schmutzig und verblutet, die Kissen stinken zum Himmel, auch wenn ein neuer Überzug darüber gezogen wird. Betten durchgehangen und teilweise so eng und niederig, dass ein Erwachsener darin sicher nicht schlafen kann. AmSaisonende haben viele Lokale, Resturants, Geschäfte und Anlagen nicht mehr geöffnet.

Faciliteiten zijn goed, ligging is prima

Het appartement was gedateerd, inrichting badkamer was oud en slecht! De keukenkastjes sloten niet, de afwasmachine functioneerde niet waardoor wij alles handmatig moesten doen. Het huisje zag er smerig uit en het servies, bestek was ook smerig we hebben alles eerst handmatig afgewassen omdat het te vies was om aan te pakken. Een algehele renovatie is absoluut noodzakelijk.

zu viele Hunde somit leider auch Hundekot auf Gewegen. Die Parkplatzgeühr fine ich zu teuer.

In een 4 persoons kamer geen 2 persoonsbed.

Village Club Esterel is fantastich mooi ingeplant op de berghelling met een onbeschrijflijk mooi uitzicht op de zee. De zwemaccomodatie is uitstekend, bestaat uit een groot en (beetje) verwarmd zwembad en een golfbad.

Veel trappen te doen, maar dit is enigszins normaal wegens de ligging tegen de bergflank.
