The staff were exceptionally helpful. The srvices of free WiFi, airport shuttle and the use of the business center were invaluable to us. I have stayed in many hotels where the breakfast start time was later in the morning, which made it inaccessible to us due to early flights. However, the Captain Hotel's breakfast was available at 4 am, which was helpful! nothing!

Close to Airport , where we arrive late at night and had to leave early the next morning. Friendly, clean, convenient, reasonably priced. The pick up from the Airport. We had to wait over 40 minutes to be picked up and then the driver had problem finding us and vice versa. The car used for pick up should have something distinctive and also there should be clear instructions as where to wait for it,

Great service, perfectly room for early flight, super airport shuttle, very clean, Spartan but ideal for us. Nice looking cafe/bar in hotel, quiet village -- very nice.

Nice location, close to Castle. Weird thing that albeit the area was crowded during the day in the evening you could barely see few people on the street.

The location to fly out of Basel. It was difficult to get to airport to catch bus. When we found out thst the hotel shuttled patrons, we were very pleased, so it's not a complaint rather than we were very happy.

Clean, friendly service,location, close to the airport. It was too noisy downstairs, at the restaurant at night. We could not rest before the flight which was at 4 o'clock in the morning. It's really a shame because the reason we booked this hotel was to seep at least 3-4 hours before the early flight...

Nice and useful shuttle to and from airport Basel-Mulhouse. Nice staff on reception. Staff in the restaurant doesn't speak English, so it is hard to choose a menu.

A great location close to the EuroAirport, check-in counter is open all night and a good shuttle service from/to the airport. Stuff are very friendly and it's definitely worth the price! Rooms are very small, but acceptable.

I came as a mother with two babies, and it was very nice to stay in the hostel, the private rooms are comfortable, and there is a kitchen and room were we can organize simple lunch-dners, very convenient with the babies. Clean and very friendly staff.

The proximity to EuroAirport, the free shuttle to the airport (although I didn't use the shuttle this time). At the checkout I had 4 beers listed on my room account, beers I never had. Could be someone else telling the wrong room number at the bar, but still, I don't like this. No, obviously, I did not pay for those after all.

La gentillesse du personnel Le bruit des avions tôt le matin Le bruit des gens qui rentrent très tard la nuit ou partent très tôt La difficulté d'accès à la douche pour rincer la baignoire ; compte tneu de l'étroitesse des lieux, une douche à l'italienne serait préférable

navette "sur mesure " aller et retour et parking gratuit pour l'aéroport situé à quelques kilomètres... hôtel propre et fonctionnel bon restaurant ...très sympathique .. c'était le soir de pâques ..le serveur a distribué ses chocolats et ses lapins aux clients " j'en ai eu beaucoup trop " super vraiment....***** vraiment super sympa ! encore merci rien

Goede verbinding met autostrade Hoewel het genoteerd als 'aangepast voor gehandicapten' zijn er geen voorzieningen daarvoor, zoals verhoogd wc, geen muurgeleiding in douche.
