Friendly staff, near airport and highway

Very small room

The room was fine, tea & coffee making facilities in the room especially welcome - even at Holiday Inn didn't have! Pleased - was clean and functional - matched the price

Parking limited so we parked in disabled bay - oops (no problem tho)

only good because it's near the Euro Airport and has free shuttle service. Other than that, don't expect anything more than what you are paying for. the wifi didn't work in my room either.

The staff were very nice and helpful, particularly the serving staff for breakfast and the cleaning staff. The rooms were quiet and most importantly clean. I would recommend this hotel to others.

The room was a little small. We asked for a double bed but we got a room with a double bed and a single bed which took up more space in the already small room. But no big deal, the room and hotel overall was very good.

The breakfast was outstanding for the price. The shuttle to and from the airport is the reason I chose this hotel.

We were 2 people in one room and received only one towel. Don't know if this was a mistake or their standard

Dinner and breakfast outside on terrace, interesting village of Blotzheim, easy transport to and from airport, air conditioning in room, blankets on bed instead of heavy duvets,

Staircase was badly lit in parts while coming down- (if you chose to use stairs rather than lift), poor but rather expensive cup of tea from bar

The hotel is only 5 minutes from the airport, it's the most closest and it's very convenient if you arrive late or have a flight early. I like the informations about the region available in the lobby and the calmness if there is a few flight to pass over in the evening.

We stay there 2 times, at the beginning of my trip and on the last day. Both were bad in term of hospitality offered by the emlpoyees. 1st time, we had to wait for 15 minutes to get my invoice printed. Apparently the guy didn't know how to use his computer and was very slow and half sleepy at 7.30 am. I decided anyway to book for my return day 22 days later. 2nd Nobody has the front desk for 5 minutes until I yelled. Finally I got my room, wtwins but I add request a large bed. Nevermind. Surprisely there is no TF1-France 2-3-4-5 even through they are free but have CNN, canal +, LCI, Planete. Too small channel selection. The guy who pick up us didn't speak any word since he open his door until we get out. Next day, check out was quick but no question about my stay or satisfaction. I ask if the airport pick up was ready (had already book the time the night before), the girl call a boy in the back and told me :he will come. The girl went outside in front of the hotel, sitting on the chair and chatting with a colleguar while smoking. Me and wife stood 10 minutes in front of them waiting near the car the slowly driver. Finally we went inside, noone, I saw the guy in the back, I call but no reply so I went in front again to ask the same girl (she didn't really care) and she said "he will come", finally to went inside to call him again.Beside this the room is good and you can go to the village center by foot. There is a good pizzeria restaurant to eat on the street or take away.

hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. they spoke very good english. we had a very nice evening meal. very nice hotel.

we were on the top floor (in the roof) when it rained the noise of the rain hitting the roof was too loud. ask for a room on 1st or 2nd floor

Village was interesting lots or original buildings.

The hotel staff were extremely helpful and kind. The hotel is an a quiet town very close to the Basel-Mulhouse-Freiburg airport. Although small, the room was very comfortable. Good buffet breakfast at a reasonable price.

The wireless internet connection never worked on my Mac, although the strenght of the signal was excellent. The staff were not knowledgeable enough to help me fix it.
