Neue, geräumige und komfortable Zimmer. Sehr gutes und preiswertes Restaurantessen. Leider waren die durchweg freundlichen Kellner(innen) überfordert. Deshalb recht lange Wartezeiten. |

The big open fire in the bar area, the 3 different alternatives for breakfast and the snack menu available in the bar. Location for visiting the medeival city was perfect, just a few minutes walk so could leave the car in hotels free private car park . Nothing I disliked. Very happy with the hotel. |

Short walking distance to main attraction - castle. Bathroom smell was unpleasant. Showers not hot. Restaurant staff arrogant. Air conditioning too hot. |

Really enjoyed our stay.Rooms were comfortable,nice bed&good T.V.Staff were great,especially Cristophe in dining room.Food was presented well,and good quality. Location excellent for visiting the Old Cite.No negatives to report,would stay here again! |

Excellent location within a short walk of the old city. The room was small but provided all the basic quality and comfort you'd expect from a Mercure. Plenty of parking space available. The breakfast room was very busy and staff seemed to be struggling to cope with the numbers. However, it was a weekend, and this is an extrmely popular destination. |

Nice Hotel and very friendly staff. Good location for the old city but maybe a little too far from the new town.Can not find any fault with this hotel and would recommend it.Foor informationTaxi from the airport costs €15 or you can take a public bus fpr €5 which will drop one off outside the hotel. The the bus ticket remains valid for public transport all that day. Maybe a little too far from the new part of Carcassone but still only a 15 minute walk once you know the way. |

Everything was very good from the moment we booked in. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel was very clean, service was good, staff excellent. Food very good. Location for the old and newer parts of the city was unbeatable. Secure parking. Toaster at breakfast was not working ! |
