I loved the hotel: 1) nice staff; 2) great location; 3) room was much better than I thought it would be; and 4) I would stay there again. |

Hotel is near metro and near some good restaurants & supermarkets. The lift was too small so it can only take 2 of us with 1 big trolley luggage and 1 bagpack. |

Rooms were very clean and location was close to the metro. Great location close to the Eiffel Tower. I would definitely stay here again. There was a little bit of construction noise but they never worked too early in the morning or too late at night. |

very clean, wifi is very fast too as advertised. they have a lot of cafes and shops around, very near the attractions such as Eiffel tower etc. The hotel is under renovation (exterior) so we couldnt open the windows but since the weather is rather cooling, this didn't affect us much. No air conditioner, only fan for ventilation. |

Location of the hotel (close to metro station and 20 minutes walk to Eiffel Tower), the rooms were cosy and clean. The corridors, lift and breakfast room are narrow. The reception staff was quite indifferent and never bothered to ask if everything was fine or if we needed some information or something like that. When we went there, there was some renovation work going on so the entier hotel was scaffolded, which meant that we couldnt open our windows. |

Very prompt break fast service. Inadequate Room ventilation. Difficulty in movement in and out of the room with luggage. Room entry remained temporarily blocked by a matress. Cleaning staff blocking the lift entry and room entries with dirty linens and vacuum cleaner piping. Reluctance to communicate in English. |

Placement of hotel near Eifel is very convenient. Room volume is appropriate (at least for solo traveler). There is 2 things I cannot trully evaluate: 1) regarding hotel staff, because of I had no special needs to contact them outside typical things like paying bill etc., and 2) regarding breakfest because of I did not take the breakfest in the hotel. There was some problem with light in the part of the room were coats have to be put . Due to there was no separate light bulb this part of the room it was too dark in the evening after 22.00 (in the morning, of course, no problems). |

Nice, clean room, well equiped bath, good location and mostly helpful and reasonably friendly staff. There was a renovation going on during the stay and it was not indicated, when booking. It was rather noisy from 9 am. |

Clean and comfortable, it is just 15 mins walk away from Eiffel tower, location wise it is very good. The hotel is currently under some construction/renovation, it is impossible to sleep after 9am during weekdays. |

Firstly, the location. Close to main attractions, Eiffel Tower, Les Invalides, Montparnasse, yet in a quiet area of the 7th arrondissement, where you are not overwhelmed by tourists. Breakfast was excellent and priced reasonably. Nice rooms, clean and nice staff. I stayed in many two star hotels in Paris and this was the best by far. Small detail: some renovation of the facade was taking place when we were there. It was a week end so there was no disturbance. At the time of the booking, it should be mentioned. It would not have changed our mind about staying there but some might. |

I loved the friendly, homely atmosphere, it was like staying in a large French house. If I needed any taxi 's booked or any trips this was no problem. My son had his web book with him and was connected through to the hotel server with the Username and Password supplied by reception. The lift was very small to get all luggage in on one go and it would have been nice to have had coffee/tea making facilities in own room. |

Its proximity to everything. Good place to start your journey in discovering Paris. There was no warm water early in the morning! |

Free internet use and the computers were always available. Breakfast was good and the room was comfortable with a good bathroom. Good location with plenty of resturaunts, cafes and shops nearby. Staff could speak English but not very well and we had some conflicting information from staff about how far away our airport was. The room didn't have any facilities for refridgerating food or drinks and there were no facilities for making a cup of tea or anything. |

Quiet room, clean bathroom. Close to Eiffel Tower. Very friendly (breakfast) serving & cleaning staff. Skip the breakfast and buy fresh, warm bread at a nearby bakery or have breakfast at one of the cafes/bistros. |

It was very close to the Metro station, very close to the Eiffel Tower. By foot it is not too far to the sights... breakfast was fine and enough. The breakfast brought up to the room was on time. The receptionists seem to avoid speaking, even when I spoke excellent French. The room was quite small, a bit cold in the beginning and the blanket was just a sheet, so it was quite cold. |
