Fabulous value for money and the staff were really helpful. Breakfast was very good

It would have been great to have had drink making facilities in the room as we arrived late. There was no evidence of any type of room service either so we just slept and waited for breakfast time :(

The location of the hotel is very good. It has good access to the Subway and to the main attractions of Paris. The staff is very polite.

The rooms are very dark and much smaller than they look in the pictures provided in the hotel profile.

We spent 2 nights in this hotel, good location, 10 min walk from the eiffel tower, close to 2 metro station. It seemed to be a quiet neighborhood with lots of restaurants in the vecinity (for those that like asian food). There are alao a couple of supermarkets close by. The shower room was wide, very relaxing after a day of walking in Paris.

The double bed was quite narrow. One morning we left the remote control of the tv set pn the table, in the evening it was no longer there. I asked the receptionist, he was quite rude, told me that if i left it in the room it should be there. He also told me to look under the bed. So we looked and found it there, i still don't understand why they did that. If you don't find the remote control look under the bed ! :)

Room with computer/internet access, friendly staff

They didn't change the bed sheet the entire night we stayed. The room & bath room were cleaned but we not clean.

The place is really nice, I really liked location. The breakfast was really nice and tasty.

The place for breakfast is really small and you dont have much space and in time between 9 and 10 a.m. is really full there.

The hallways looked rundowned and there was a special smell in the hallway maybe of mothballs, undefined but there. There was carpet on the floor in the room and with all the dog shit on the streets outside, I am sure there was some dog shit on the carpet. Every morning I woke up with a sore throat.

Hotel area is very nice , a little far away fromother sightseeings ( Notre Dame, Louvre etc) , but there is a metro station near by . The Eiffel Tower is a short walk away The hotel room was nicely decorated with a large double bed. The bathroon was also very big and clean . I have been to Paris few times and i can say this is one of the nicest hotels i've been .

This was our first time in paris. It was a 15 min walk to the tour which also placed us in the best area to start a bus tour. Breakfest was excelant for the money we paid. The bathroom was larger that usual for an european location.would recommend for a couple.

Great location in quiet street in a lovely area with plenty brasseries to eat in nearby. Ten to fifteen minute walk to the Eiffel Tower. A few minutes walk to Charles Michels metro station. Around 20 minute walk to Javel RER Station,line C5, which takes you to Versailles. Can book online for Versailles Palace and Eiffel Tower which avoids queueing though you still have to queue for lift from second stage up to top of Eiffel Tower. Staff at hotel very friendly and helpful.

No air conditioning so rooms a bit stuffy but fine if windows kept open.

Very close to the Metro and ideal for our Longchamps racing weekend

Felt that the breakfast should be included in the price of the room

Top get a hotel in sight of the Eiffel Tower and within walking distance of many of the best places to visit for under £100 per night has to be a bargain. The rooms are small but still offer great value for money

Wished the colour schemes were lighter. Didn't like the dark wall colours & black rug.

The staff was great, the room was clean, and both the room and the bathroom were very large by European standards. It was an easy walk from the Metro. We'd stay there again.

Exceptionally quiet. Close to metro. Close to restaurants and to a wonderful pastry shop. Breakfast was an added benefit as it was included in our price. Will store baggage after check out. CLEAN and the bathrooms large and more than expected. Rooms very modest but well designed with plenty of room for baggage. Do not expect concierge service. Friendly service Free WiFi

Small room

The hotel was very clean and tidy and the beds comfortable.

My only negative would be that none of the staff ever smile and welcome you with any warmth. They give the impression of being disinterested but when I asked for direction the receptionist was very helpful.

I really liked it being so close to the Metro. I also liked its location in Beaugrenelle. I found the rooms clean and comfortable. It suited me as a solo traveller. The room might be a bit small for a couple but it was fine for me.

I used up my shampoo after 3 days and it was not replaced.

Very convenient location. A few yards from Metro and bus stations. Nice neighborhood: shops, supermarket, Carrefour, boulangeries. Quiet street. Residential area

One of the only good things was internet and you can use their printer for free. The bathroom was large & clean. It was near the charles michel station, but this metro line does not go to the city center. The breakfast was acceptable.

The room was not clean; there were dirty covers on the beds & the blankets were also not clean and gross. The room proportions were wired. There was a circular wall protruding into the room. In addition the room was very dim. The other disturbing factor was the staff! They were very rude & impolite. For example upon arrival ,the receptionist didn't even bother to hang up the phone to speak to us and only gesture toward our room! Also the other members of the staff were not much different including the ones in the breakfast room.

Ordered and had confirmed a double bed which did not transpire and was greated by a shrug! There again they say if you cant speak French; you get what you get!

Hotel was very clean, good value for money for a Paris hotel, just 2 minutes walk from a metro and 20 mins walk from Eiffel Tower. Nice bakers 1 minute walk away, and charming (smallish) street market on Saturday morning 3 minutes walk. Staff were helpful.

It was close to metro and bus stations; was at a walkable distance from eiffel. the ambience of the room was worth the price.

All the staff were not really friendly. there was no shower curtain and thus the bathroom would be a mess after shower. I guess it is a trick to reduce water usage...because i have seen many reviews about this point and nothing has been done about it. Too many good reviews could be the reason that the management is not really concerned to correct minor issues.

Great location (metro + eiffel tower), one edge of the Eiffel tower is almost visible from the window, and it's just about 10minutes by walk to get there excellent room, the room could seem small but it serves its purpose fully, what you need else then some space for clothes, one big bed, and bathroom (which is really nice) silent room (well you can hear for few seconds other guests from the hall if they are there but it's tolerable), we had the stairs behind wall and even in that case it was really silent room excellent staff, really kind people, you will survive with english, but be so kind too and definitely do learn some french before going :-) delicious breakfast, and if you will have the opportunity to enjoy it at the outside tables you will have really great start to the day
