We had a great time at the Carlton's. The Room's and Service were excellent! We will come again. The Rooftop is great, you have a great view of Paris and the Sacre Ceur, There are tables and you can sit down and have a cofee or drink. The Breakfast was Excellent, plenty of food, Buffet way. We had a great view from our Room, everything was so Clean. Great Area! |

Helpful English speaking staff, convenient location for sightseeing in Paris, easy access to metro and railway stations, reasonable size of guest room, VERY confortable bed and one of the best continental brakefirst in my trip. Nosie from room next dooor and from corridor can be heard during mid of the night........ |

Stayed at the hotel for 2 nights comfortable clean room a little small but fine for a Paris hotel big modern bathroom super terrace garden showing all over Paris lovely breakfastroom with continental breakfast I would recommend this hotel its also close to Sacre Couer Maybe a little close to red light district but we had no problems with it |

The staff were friendand very helpful. The room was of a good standard. the views from the rooftop terrace were amazing and the hotel is well situated for getting about anywhere in Paris. |

We were pleasantly surprised with the size of our room and bathroom. Staff were helpful and spoke English. Hotels in Paris are not cheap but Carltons gave us satisfaction in value for money when compared with the others Only supplied 2 small cartons of milk and 2 tea/coffee - requested more milk and tea bags but this appeared too hard to do |

close to DeNord train station - their was a very helpful young lady on reception who showed initiative and interest. for the price 149 euro the staff where unattentive and the lack of any basic services like pressing of shirts was very disappointing. |

We stayed in a family room on the 8th (top) floor. It was clean, air-conditioned, had separate toilet & shower & 2 vanities, great views from our room and the roof. We were just 3blocks from the Moulin Rouge where we had dinner & saw the show...fabulous! The staff were wonderfully accomodating & friendly and stored our luggage until we were ready to leave. We had a ball in Paris! |

The hotel was clean and secure, although the noise from the street could be heard. We had a room for 4 people and it was very comfortable. The location was convenient to city sites and local transportation. The breakfast was good and plentiful. The rooftop gave a great view of the city lights! Sebastian at the front desk was very helpful! Would have liked web access in the rooms. |
