Die zentrale Lage des Hotels & der nette Empfang waren sehr gut. Die Matraze war ziemlich durchgelegen. Das Frühstück war gut aber mit 18 € zu teuer. |

Wirklich zentrale Lage, sehr schoene Zimmer, angenehme Atmosphaere, schoener Fruehstuecksraum, Gebaeude und Raeume wirken relativ neu renoviert, Personal freundlich Durch Minibar im Kleiderschrank wird dort Luft aufgeheizt, Fruehstuecksbuffet sehr gut, koennte angesichts des Preises aber noch etwas vielfaeltiger sein |

The ambience was v. good and the room was excellent - large,comfortable and clean. Good view to the outside for the Xmas Fair and Carosel. For the season was very warm and comforting. Poor parking to unload facilities. As it was a main road there was no place to stop and unload. We chose to park (under CitiEurope) and walk back. Perhaps a minor issue but as it was minus 4 degress Celcius it was a long way to go,etc.with slippery pavements. |

Location in the centre of the city was great and parking was fairly easy at the nearby Grand Place underground car park. The hotel is a beautiful old building in need of renovation, particularly to justify the price. The interior and rooms were disappointing and did not reflect the exterior grandeur of the building. |

The location is excellent. Plenty of local restaurants and cafes. The rooms are clean and comfortable. No English television channels! In our room the toilet was in a seperate room so small that I could not use it with the door shut. However I am 6ft 3in tall and 19stone! |

Good central position. Staff very helpful. Breakfast dining good. The continueous loud bang bang bang music all day and late into the night from a cafe opposite,this may only occur at the Braderie? . Disapointed no dining room for evening. The pillows lumpy. Bathroom a little shabby. |

the hotel is just a short walk from the Eurostar station. It is very central, near to the historic centre for places to go and see with plenty of photo opportunities. There are lots of brilliant restaurants nearby and bars to hang out and people watch. The shopping area is close by. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was nice. Everything worked as it should. We didn't have breakfast there so cant comment on the food. |

Location and price. The first impression: very dirty street-part of red runner, strewn with cigarett butts, never cleaned up during the day. Darkish entrance hall. Big stain on carpet in corridor of the room. Go into the lavatory, leave the door open and look where doorframe hits the floor. Needing a scrub with soap and water or, maybe a coat of paint. At any rate, looks dirty. The curtains not properly hung. |

The room I was allocated had a strong smell. I complained to the hotel reception and was moved to another room. That room was dirty and I was bitten all over by bed bugs. I had to take the rest of the week off work as a result of this. I will not be staying at this hotel again and would advise others to steer clear. |

The hotel was well placed for shops restaurants etc. The room was satisfactory but I should have liked to be given the choice os staying on pone of the lower floors rather than been perched up on the 4th floor where I suspect the rooms are smaller. The facilities available were not well advertised and the restaurant was invisible. No parking and costly to have it parked. |

charming hotel right in the centre so very accessible for great restaurants, cafes and boutiques. we had a lovely room at the front overlooking the little street with pretty architecture. the reception staff were absolutely useless!! they didnt seem to understand english propely, didnt know where the nearest bank to change money was and werent aware of a big demonstration passing the end of the street and what it was about!!! |
