Location and price. The first impression: very dirty street-part of red runner, strewn with cigarett butts, never cleaned up during the day. Darkish entrance hall. Big stain on carpet in corridor of the room. Go into the lavatory, leave the door open and look where doorframe hits the floor. Needing a scrub with soap and water or, maybe a coat of paint. At any rate, looks dirty. The curtains not properly hung. |

The room I was allocated had a strong smell. I complained to the hotel reception and was moved to another room. That room was dirty and I was bitten all over by bed bugs. I had to take the rest of the week off work as a result of this. I will not be staying at this hotel again and would advise others to steer clear. |

The hotel was well placed for shops restaurants etc. The room was satisfactory but I should have liked to be given the choice os staying on pone of the lower floors rather than been perched up on the 4th floor where I suspect the rooms are smaller. The facilities available were not well advertised and the restaurant was invisible. No parking and costly to have it parked. |

charming hotel right in the centre so very accessible for great restaurants, cafes and boutiques. we had a lovely room at the front overlooking the little street with pretty architecture. the reception staff were absolutely useless!! they didnt seem to understand english propely, didnt know where the nearest bank to change money was and werent aware of a big demonstration passing the end of the street and what it was about!!! |

The central location Rooms very tired now, in need of updating. Chewing gum on carpet etc. Outside being renovated and consequently no view. Should have had a discount during this time. |

I liked leaving this Hotel. Being fair the only thing I can say that was good was its location. It has the potential of being a great hotel but the lack of maintenance and small rooms means this Hotel is not a 4 star I did not like the Beds, the room had paint peeling from the ceiling from a leak in the room above, the carpets where Tatty, the furniture in the room had the laminate peeling off (fridge cabinet). There was no kettle for hot drinks, The water release in the sink was broken, the lights did not work properly, The Air conditioning did not work, we where told to open the window which was not easy etc |
