Quality Hotel Carlton  

The hotel was very clean and had very friendly staff.. The breakfast was good. I loved the whole area, it was a great break.

The only complaint was the bed was rather hard.

On our arrival we had such a friendly and helpful greeting from the reception staff, the room was clean, bright and tastefully decorated with a great outlook from the balcony towards the bay. Breakfast was buffet style but adequate and again the staff were friendly and helpful. On our three day break and first time at Beaulieu sur mer we were very pleased with the choice of hotel which is only a short walk from both the shops and the sea front. We (both 50yrs) would definately use the Carlton again.

The excellent location,close to public transport, Beautiful coastal walks and wonderful villas to visit. Marta the receptionist was extremely helpful, guided us to good restaurants, and copied bus timetables for us. We had a most relaxing week and able to visit Monaco and Nice within thirty minutes from hotel. Beaulieu-sur-mer is a beautiful small resort,very clean and friendly locals. A great place to un-wind.

As we are from the U.S. we need beach towels provided.. This was the only hotel that wouldn't provide them. It was quite inconvenient as we are beach goers.

Politeness of staff, clean and comfortable room, excellent base for exploring French Riviera.

Bad wi-fi connection

Staff were excellent. Very polite, friendly and helpful. Rooms are quite small but the atmosphere around the hotel was very relaxing. Would definitely go back again

Nice room with big windows with some sea view. Pool. Nice bright colors in classic style. Internet free.

A bit expensive and breakfast was not included. Even parking was 8 euro extra which is disappointing when room costs 200 euro.

The location to the beach couldn't not have been better! Our primary reason for traveling in the south of France was to swim in the sea and to relax. The Quality Hotel Carlton was perfect for this goal. The swimming pool was absolutely lovely and relaxing to sit (or nap) around. The daytime front desk people were amazing. They spoke just about any language and their main concern was for you and your comfort. I really loved them especially the snappy Italian woman with the bright red lipstick. Great!! Also, it was an equally easy walk to shops and restaurants as well as the train station. Very beautiful, quiet, small town in the middle of one of the highest touristed areas of Europe in the summer.

There was no remote in our room which just made it a little annoying to use the tv. This was not a big deal for us however.

The Quality Hotel Carlton was in an ideal location,just a few minutes walk from the beach. The staff were very friendly and couldn't do enough for you. The food was excellent and Elizabeth, the child minder was exceptional with the children. Our room was very clean and comfortable with a mini bar and the room was spacious.

It would have been nice to have tea and coffee making facilities in our room.

The staff were fantastic, the facilities brilliant and the location is perfect.

We stayes at hotel Carlton 8 nights with 2 children 3 and 8 Y.O. Hotel has great location and very good staff/ We spend really good time their. And we feel ourselves like at home.
