It is very good location, close to beach, town, train station etc. Staff were friendly and helpful. Food and drink available all day round the pool but very quiet in the evening. |

The staff are very friendly and my son loved the pool. The breakfast was also good. The size of the rooms varies wildly, we had a very small room (more or less what we expected) next to the lift which was noisy which didn't bother us for one night but if we'd stayed longer it could have been a problem. |

Staff were both pleasant and helpful. Pool area was well equipped with plenty of comfortable chairs and umbrellas. Pushing two single beds together and calling that a Queen bed is neither honest nor comfortable. |

Delighted with location and everything about hotel. Courtyard breakfast a treat. Proximity to shops and sea real bonus Somwhat difficult to find because of sheer traffic volume around and in NIce |

What's not to like, hotel staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Location is within walking distance of anywhere in town including the beach and a scenic peninsula walking trail at Saint-Jean Cap-Ferrat. The room was clean and the bed matress was very comfortable. Breakfast was also quite good. The only odd thing we found about the hotel was that the room needed a key to unlock and lock which was only a problem once when I needed to go back to the room for something and my wife was not with me. I had to get the front desk clerk to unlock the door and then lock it again when I was through. |

The room had been recently repainted and was bright. the carpet needed cleaning. The shower head in the bathroom was filthy- a health hazard. The bath was dirty. The electrics were hanging out of the wall near one side of the bed.The bedside lights were impossible to read by. |

The staff were very helpful. The buffet breakfast was excellent, especially as it was a freebie. Great location for beach, harbour, shops and restaurants. Nothing. Given the location ie a very expensive part of France, it was excellent. |

Friendliness of the staff, size and comfort of the room, breakfast, relatively close to the sea. Lack of WiFi (at least I didn't find any network). |

It was very accessible being within close reach of of bus and train links and was a convenient spot for sightseeing. The hotel was clean and represented good value for money. The staff were all very pleasant and helpful particularly the front desk who were very accommodating when we asked to move room because of some renovation work taking place in the hotel. |

The atmosphere at the hotel was very welcoming and had a quaint charm reminiscent of days before large hotel chains standardised the industry. The room was noisy, being directly above the kitchen. The noise of the staff talking loudly in the kitchen was intrusive from very early each morning when they were preparing breakfast. On the second day of our week long stay we asked to change and were told abruptly that there were no other rooms available. The noise woke my partner most mornings and prevented her from going back to sleep. |
