Good friendly welcome. Very informative host. Our bathroom was a bit cramped and had a glass door,which is a bit strange!

The two men who own the hotel are so neat! They are funny and caring.They run. a great business but are very concerned that their guests are comfortable.They provided us with an excellent taxi driver to take us to Normandy beaches. My sister said"you can't put a price on that day" and that we would never view those war fronts in the same way. Forgot to tell you that the breakfast was exceptional! Would return for the croissants! That we had to leave and that I can't go there again soon.

Jean-Pierre and Thierry were extremely helpful and knowledgeable. We arrived before check-in and they stored our luggage while we toured the city. When we returned, the luggage had been placed in our room. The room was quite comfortable. We'll definitely book the hotel again if we ever return to Le Havre.

The people who run the hotel are really helpful - upgraded me to a nicer room as I had been before! Always made to feel welcome, and it is perfectly situated for the town centre

Absolutely fabulous organisation of everything... From the ability to keep everything in one 'casier' in the room to all the magazines and brochures in the lobby. Plus, The breakfast food was delightful! Service was well above average, if not excellent and the entire hotel was spotless and tastefully decorated.

10 mn far from the sea, so reall pleasant. Very confortable bed. Bathroom not so modern. Not possible to work and watch tv at the same time.

Great value in a central location. Hotel owners were extremely friendly and helpful in all matters including where to eat and drink in the city.

The friendliest staff on earth! Nice location with many shops, a park and the beach in walking distance. Tricky windows that wouldn't close completely. We didn't like the city but that's of course not the fault of the hotel...

Good basic hotel - no frills - but owners extremely helpful and considerate. Situated near Hotel de Ville, and all major shopping areas. 15 minutes walk to the beach and marina. Owners speak very good English. Breakfast only at the hotel, but many eating places nearby. No parking at hotel, and needed to use parking bays around the corner - not too complicated, but needed to be careful.
