Very friendly staff. Clean and modern room. Free mini bar (non-alcoholic) and multi language movies. The rooms were equal to a 4 star hotel, but I guess since they don't have any bar and restaurant(just breakfast) or so much facilities it maybe just has 3 star rating. Good value for the money if you want to stay in the city centre with nice suroundings. Nothing to complain about.

The staff were really excellent - incredibly friendly and approachable, and helpful in every way. Really lovely people who were doing their best to help and make sure you had the most comfortable stay. Cannot recommend them enough. The hotel itself is a little on the small side, but the location is excellent and close to Metro, sightseeing, shopping, etc. Minibar (non-alcoholic) was also included in the room cost. I hope I get to return there some day, I really enjoyed myself. Rooms were a bit small. Ditto the shower (which was very compact). But it is inner-city Paris, so this was not unexpected.

Clean, modern rooms. Great location!! Free wifi Very nice reception people! Rooms are very very very small. The room next door is very close so everything they go in or out you hear the door slam very loud. I think a hotel with rooms so small should cost less. No lobby area.

The hotel is newly refurbished, with modern/design furniture. The room isn't wide but fair for the Paris downtown area (old historical buildings). Very clean and full of free of charge amenities like minimal, WiFi, films and internet on tv. The best was the wonderful service, really kind and full of attention by the receptionist: Mr. Hasan (I beg you pardon insurance if the name is not correct!). Was impressive to us the warm welcome received, not really usual in Hotel. Sincerely Thanks to Mr. Hasan that made our stay unforgettable!.

The Hotel has a fantastic location, very close to the metro and one of the main streets in the Marais, yet tucked away on a side street which opens out onto a beautiful square full of restaurants. The hotel decor is very chic 'budget boutique' style. Great for exploring the city or staying local. It's hard to find fault - perhaps the small rooms mean privacy in the bathroom isn't that great if you care about that sort of thing! I also think their room rates could be a tiny bit cheaper in off-season but that's me being mean.

A top quality hotel well worth the price. Good location, quick walk with luggage from St Paul's metro, supermarket, cafes, shops. The staff speak excellent English, and are most helpful. The bedding was of hi quality, the room clean with modern decor and there were six drinks, a kit kat, chips and peanuts free in minibar (and replenished each day). I moved to this hotel at short notice after being dissatisfied with another hotel and was very pleased..... I paid for quality and received quality at Hotel Carlon No. All was excellent

Plus: - nicely decorated room, good bed, bathroom, modern and new. - great neighbourhood, the Marais is where you'd want to stay! - great little bistro's, cafes, and restaurants, many small deli shops and fashion boutiques closeby - free wifi - free of charge use of the minibar (soft drinks, snacks) Could be better: - small rooms, which makes the price/meter high - basic but good breakfast

The friendly and very helpful staff were a great bonus but we chose the hotel for it's location; 5 minutes from opera bastille, the marais and still within walking distance of the louvre and shopping areas. Despite being near bars and restaurants the room was very quite. We will stay there again on our next visit.

This is a small boutique hotel in the heart of Marais district. The location is excellent! Marais is full of small boutiques, cafes, restaurants and bars, and is 15 minutes walk from the Louvre and 10 minutes from Notre Damme. Hotel itself is very clean with modern amenities, but still very charming. The rooms are small, but this is normal for Paris, and the room is very well organized so we didn't feel cramped. My only suggestion would be to add some sort of shelves into the closet to put the clothes away a bit easier. There is also a free wifi in the hotel, and the room, which is great! Also there is a mini fridge in the room, which is being stocked with water, soda and few snacks every day, and those are complimentary, which is a very nice touch. The staff is very friendly and helpful as well! So I will definitely recommend this hotel!

Lovely small boutique hotel (18 rooms), friendly, helpful staff, extraordinary location in the center of the Marais district, 3' walk to métro. Despite all the rooms facing the street, it is a small quiet street and the windows are double-glazed. There are lots of good restaurants and cafés in the area.

Nice location, just 50meters from metro station. Our room had a slightly bad smell, probably because the bathroom had no windows and moisture didn't go away.

The Hotel Caron was absolutely superb! I would highly recommend the hotel to other travellers, and if I visit Paris again I would definitely stay here again! The room - reasonably sized for a solo traveller with a large queen bed, French windows that open out onto the street for beautiful street views, air-conditioning, free wi-fi, in-room safe, mini bar (it is free and re-stocked every day - water, soft drinks, some snacks). The furnishings are plush and trendy. The bathroom - compact but very functional. There were 2 showerhead options - overhead and handheld. The water pressure and temperature were fantastic. The towels were thick and large - wonderful! L'Occitane toiletries were lovely. The hotel staff - very friendly and helpful (and tolerated my attempts at speaking French!), useful maps to navigate Paris, suggestions for dining. The lift is very functional. I used the stairs to come down - it's a bit dimly lit (even with the sensor lights) with slightly unequal steps, but not really a big problem. I did not have breakfast at the hotel so I can't comment about this. I really can't stress how wonderful my visit was, and the photos from the website are accurate. Nothing - I thought everything was MAGNIFIQUE!

Location is fantastic, close to everything in a midst of lovely area with restaurants and shopping. Staff is very helpfull and friendly. Interior of rooms has a flare of boutique designer hotel, which is very pleasant and chic. Bedding and showers are great too. Overall: It is a very strong 3 star clean hotel with a touch of chic.We definetly recommend it. For a 3 star price is on a higher side but it is Paris and we appreciated a designer thought put into decor. Carpets on a 2nd floor stairs were very dirty which left a slight underscore mark on our memories of this hotel but all the rest was great.

It is a small boutique style hotel nestled on a side street not to fare from the sites. The metro station was really close by and there were some great cafes around the corner serving up breakfast. There wasn't really much to not like. If I was to be picking details, the rooms were on the cozy side and the carpet outside the lift was stained a bit but that was all.
