Staff very friendly and honest. Great hotel and very comfortable, room is well equiped and in a quiet location but central to the good cafe's and shops. Parking very close by to the hotel. |

Fantastic location just inside the citadel walls. Exceptionally friendly and helpful staff, free internet (they provide a cable) and tea & coffee in room make this a great place for a visit to St Malo (a great short break destination). Room to park outside for offloading luggage then a short walk to (public) car park. |

Location was perfect, staff very friedly although with limited English. Excellent value for money. There is no parking (although the public parking is closed by) and the double bed is really small. |

The room was lovely, 3rd floor with a 3 angle view on the city shops, very close to the main square the beach side walk and the sea. Very clean, spacious big bed, renovated, free internet, new material, flat screen, lights etc in a very old setting. The staff is super friendly and helpful, very accomodating ALL the time. Not really, it is a very good deal for the money |

Being in the heart of St Malo. Not enough T & C facilities, superb position overlooking the street, but the room was cold, but to be fair it was very cold outside. |

The rooms were well appointed, with good size modern bathrooms. There were tea making facilities and the heating system meant we could have the room at the temperature we like (cold). Great central location in the town, but well sound proofed windows so not too noisy.A very good experience which we will repeat and will tell all ouir friends about. |
