Nice decor

Tv didn't work, wi-fi didn't work, elevator didn't work, breakfast didn't work and was extremely expensive for what it offered: € 28 and at 9 o'clock orange juice was finished and whole grain bread too!

This my second stay at Castille, and I've enjoyed it even better than the first time. We were greeted by Benoit the concierge, checking in was smooth and express, we even got upgraded to a duplex room which was huge with two toilets, and the bed on the top floor, it was so romantic. I recommend this hotel to anyone, given its rates and most importantly location!!! For restaurant reservations+recommendations always ask for Benoit!

All staff was very friendly people. And location was very good.

Our room was street side and In very early morning around 5:00 am o`clock,refuse collector came and its working sound was very noisy. So our sleepy was disturbed every day. It was very disappointment.

Is a nice hotel ,we go very often to París and Castille has many good things,the service was impecable and the cleanes and the decoration ,the bathroom was perfect.My husband use the gym and he limes very much,too. We will be repeted but only if our bedroom is bigger ,was the smallets that we ever had! I hope if I reserve again will be more square metters,I will ask before! But is a nice hotel....

The room was " mini" less than 20 square meters! The wifi never work ......

We liked its location, general ambience and the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. We also chose it for its Italian restaurant but that was closed for our entire stay. The Concierge did find us another good one however. We would stay there again.

Brilliant location and nice cosy boutique hotel.

The Castille is located near the Place de le Concorde and the Rue de Rivoli, within walking distance of wonderful shopping and the Louvre. The street is quiet but the neighborhood is busy and interesting.

Upon arrival we realized that our room was too small to accomodate us and we upgraded to a suite. The larger room, however, was in need of a more thorough cleaning. The housekeeping staff got busy immediately and took care of the problem, brought extra towels, robes and continued to pay extra attention to our needs.

When we arrived we felt very welcome. Lovely staff. Great Location. Great room, very clean.I Will come back (sonn hopefully)! Great price.

The bed was a little bit to soft.

The service we received was excellent. I will give an example: On opening my suitcase I found that a special bottle of olive oil from our farm in Cape Town which I had brought for friends in Paris, despite very careful packing, had broken. Fortunately most of the spillage was contained in the plastic bag but some escaped and my clothes were a mess, in particular a cherished rain jacket purchased at Roland Garros a couple of years ago. I mentioned this to the reception desk and said I would probably have to buy another one but they suggested that I bring it to them to look at. On returnining to my room the housekeeper was waiting for me and asked to see the jacket. She said she thought that it could be fixed and it was. This is what I call service beyond the call of duty and I congratulate the staff on this attention to detail.

Helpful staff and beautiful room

The concierge was extremely helpful. All the staff was very polite. We asked for and received a quiet room.

Bathroom is very small, as was room. Bathroom floor was not very clean on arrival, but was clean the second day. Wi Fi is expensive.

The location is excellent. You can walk anywhere from this hotel, St Honore is just arround the corner, as well as Concorde, the Louvre and everything else you need to see. The metro station is also very close. The rooms are clean and well mantained, unlike many places in Paris.
