部屋が小さい。スーツケースを広げられない

フィットネスが工事中で、昼間の騒音、振動があった。

事前にホテルにメールを送って、「トラベラーズ・チェック（以下Ｔ/Ｃと略）で支払い可能か」の確認をした- ら、「ＯＫ」の返事が来た。メールのプリントアウトを持って行ったにもかかわらず、支払う際に「アメックス- のＴ/Ｃは使えない。受け取れるのはビザのＴ/Ｃだけだ」と言われた。かなり交渉したが、相手は譲らず、カ- ードで支払った。対応が不誠実だと感じた。

去年のクリスマスも利用して　今回は2回目でした。立地条件やレセプションルーム　ダイニングルーム　バーのインテリアが好きでしたから。

トイレの水が止まりませんでした。修理に来てもらってもその後再び逆戻り徹底的に直してもらいたかったです- 。またバスルームの床　壁際の床に水が湧き出てきました。何の水か判りませんが　少しずつ滲み出てくるようで気持ち悪かったです。

We can highly recomment the Castille. The location is super and on a quiet street, yet very central. Only a few minutes walk from the Madeleine metro station (hence easy to get around Paris), the Opera, Place Vendôme, and 10 minutes from the Louvre. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the concierge was great, offering accurate and good advice on restaurants, activities, etc. Super breakfast and very nice dinner in their Italian restaurant.

Missed a clothes rack or something to hang our outer jackets etc. You don't want to put outer clothing the closet with the rest of the clean clothes, and with no where to hang it, it had to be thrown onto the chair.

We had a Junior Suite for family of 4 which was perfect so adults could have private space. Room was clean and beautifully decorated with large bathroom

We picked this hotel for the 4 Star Rating, location and "air conditioning";however, the air conditioning was not working at all for the 2 nights we stayed. Temperatures were 85F in Paris. Not good for sleeping comfortably.

The matresses are of class never had a comfortable sleep like this before and have never experienced such a comfort, amazing

The hotel staff was amazing. They were are very helpful and polite. Speak to Nicolas at the bar, he can give you great recommendations for food and spirit near by. I have stayed at no less than 10 different "4 star" hotels in Paris and this is by far and away the best of them all.

yes, they charged me twice. I still haven't been able to work this out, but will go to my bank today.

we ordered room service breakfast and when we checked out they said fruit salad was not included in the price even though it was on the room service menu

the location is very convenient. within walking distance to shopping streets and two underground stations.

I asked for a non-smoking room but when I checked in, there was strong smell of cigarettes in the room. The towels were all with the smoke smell. The carpet was not clean. IThere was no kettle and I have to ask for hot water every night and it took half an hour to get me two bottles of hot water. in general, the staff are friendly. The conceige is also helpful.
