部屋が小さい。スーツケースを広げられない

フィットネスが工事中で、昼間の騒音、振動があった。

事前にホテルにメールを送って、「トラベラーズ・チェック（以下Ｔ/Ｃと略）で支払い可能か」の確認をしたら、「ＯＫ」の返事が来た。メールのプリントアウトを持って行ったにもかかわらず、支払う際に「アメックスのＴ/Ｃは使えない。受け取れるのはビザのＴ/Ｃだけだ」と言われた。かなり交渉したが、相手は譲らず、カードで支払った。対応が不誠実だと感じた。

去年のクリスマスも利用して　今回は2回目でした。立地条件やレセプションルーム　ダイニングルーム　バーのインテリアが好きでしたから。

トイレの水が止まりませんでした。修理に来てもらってもその後再び逆戻り徹底的に直してもらいたかったです。またバスルームの床　壁際の床に水が湧き出てきました。何の水か判りませんが　少しずつ滲み出てくるようで気持ち悪かったです。

The hotel staff was amazing. They were are very helpful and polite. Speak to Nicolas at the bar, he can give you great recommendations for food and spirit near by. I have stayed at no less than 10 different "4 star" hotels in Paris and this is by far and away the best of them all.

Internet is weak in some rooms

The Castille Hotel was truly delightful. It was superbly located, right in the center, but out from the hustle and bustle. Our room was quiet and spacious, the staff were both helpful and friendly, their recommendations were very much appreciated. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris. We will certainly be back to it again!

the breakfast and dinner

The hotel staff are friendly and helpful from the minute we first arrived at the hotel up to the end of our stay. Exceptional client services!!

1) Poor internet connection in the room and very slow connection in general(even at the reception), 2) No late check out - we were asked for 25% for additional for 2 hours, 50% for additional 4 hours. Very expensive. Very inconvenient for late flight passengers. 3) Restaurant (at night) - Very limited choice and slow service. Lots of talking between the staff without serving.

Exelent location! Walking distance to all main points: museums, Opera, Olimpia, shopping.Exelent service and very nice staff. Very clean, good breakfast and exelent restorant.
