Otroligt trevlig och bra personal. De drog sig inte för att skoja lite eller hänga på skämt. Mycket service minded. Hotellet har ett utomordentligt bra läge med gångavstånd till I stort sett allt man vill ha I Paris. I stort var vi nöjda med hotellet, men, hotellet är rejält slitet vilket drog ner upplevelsen kraftigt. Man kände inte att man gärna satt på hotellet utan snarare att vi ville spendera så lite tid som möjligt där pga av att det kändes trist. |

We can highly recomment the Castille. The location is super and on a quiet street, yet very central. Only a few minutes walk from the Madeleine metro station (hence easy to get around Paris), the Opera, Place Vendôme, and 10 minutes from the Louvre. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, and the concierge was great, offering accurate and good advice on restaurants, activities, etc. Super breakfast and very nice dinner in their Italian restaurant. Missed a clothes rack or something to hang our outer jackets etc. You don't want to put outer clothing the closet with the rest of the clean clothes, and with no where to hang it, it had to be thrown onto the chair. |

Good central location. The concierge service was excellent. Comfortable rooms. Generally friendly staff. Breakfast service chaotic (on a Saturday) with a long wait to be seated. The next day the service was excellent. |

We had a Junior Suite for family of 4 which was perfect so adults could have private space. Room was clean and beautifully decorated with large bathroom We picked this hotel for the 4 Star Rating, location and "air conditioning";however, the air conditioning was not working at all for the 2 nights we stayed. Temperatures were 85F in Paris. Not good for sleeping comfortably. |

The hotel staff was amazing. They were are very helpful and polite. Speak to Nicolas at the bar, he can give you great recommendations for food and spirit near by. I have stayed at no less than 10 different "4 star" hotels in Paris and this is by far and away the best of them all. Internet is weak in some rooms |

The Castille Hotel was truly delightful. It was superbly located, right in the center, but out from the hustle and bustle. Our room was quiet and spacious, the staff were both helpful and friendly, their recommendations were very much appreciated. Overall we would highly recommend this hotel for anyone visiting Paris. We will certainly be back to it again! |

1) Poor internet connection in the room and very slow connection in general(even at the reception), 2) No late check out - we were asked for 25% for additional for 2 hours, 50% for additional 4 hours. Very expensive. Very inconvenient for late flight passengers. 3) Restaurant (at night) - Very limited choice and slow service. Lots of talking between the staff without serving. |

Exelent location! Walking distance to all main points: museums, Opera, Olimpia, shopping.Exelent service and very nice staff. Very clean, good breakfast and exelent restorant. |

the location is very convenient. within walking distance to shopping streets and two underground stations. I asked for a non-smoking room but when I checked in, there was strong smell of cigarettes in the room. The towels were all with the smoke smell. The carpet was not clean. IThere was no kettle and I have to ask for hot water every night and it took half an hour to get me two bottles of hot water. in general, the staff are friendly. The conceige is also helpful. |
