Extremely comfortable room, location perfect and staff totally professional and helpful. Loved it, will stay there again, although a little more expensive than quoted by yourselves on the website.. Just the cost was far more than expected |

The bed was sooo comfortable and the staff superb. I had stayed there for 10 years but had not been there for 7 years. |

The Location is ideal for all the main attractions, the staff are very helpful, the main areas of the hotel are lovely The prices of the mini bar are above normal and perhaps the rooms could be bigger |

The staff were excellent as I had expected "Parisienne rudeness and aloofness" - I would definately recommend thsi hotel for its service. Typical Paris - room was the size of a shoe box (and we had a deluxe room!) but we really did not spend any time there! When we did the room was very comfortable. |

Very comfortable room, had almost everything, great location. Fridge didnt work, no view, everything is sooooooo expensive, 77 euros for a 30 minute phone call, 9 for a tiny packet of nuts, 27 for a mouthfull of champagne. |

The staff were all very good. Helpful, courteous and friendly. Not always the case for a 4 star hotel in Paris. The location was also ideal for us; a perfect centre for getting to all parts of the city be it on foot, via metro or taxi; and yet it was a haven of peace and tranquility once we got through the doors. Just perfect. If we were to be 'picky' the restaurant prices were not value for money in any shape or form, but it is Paris and there are plenty of options within easy walking distance. This didn't detract at all from the time we spent there. |

location is perfect, breakfast is very good, free internet access, very friendly staff we have 2 flour room and at the bathroom on the up-flour was some smell (not fresh) |

Location is very good. The wooden floor makes the room very tidy, unlike those with carpet that may hide lots of dust. There is no kettle for hot water or wine openner etc. The attitude of one of the staff that served us breakfast could be improved. But the overall attitudes of other staffs were fine. |

Excellent location. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Excellent buffet breakfast, although the staff struggled to keep up on a busy Sunday morning. Superior room was fairly spacious and very clean and well decorated. The beds and pillows were extremely comfortable and with the quietness of the hotel ensured excellent nights sleep. |

The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel room was pleasant with a fine view of the Eiffel Tower in the distance. The restaurant menu was very expensive but this is to be expected in the middle of Paris. We didn't eat in! |

The location is absolutely superb. Towards the end of our stay the service deteriorated, e.g. room was only serviced late in the afternoon on 2 days |
