Hotel Cazaux is situated in the heart of Lourdes, a 10-minute walk from the Santuaries and near a lovely public garden. It has free on-site parking. The Cazaux is open from Easter until October. Guest rooms are equipped with private bathrooms. Continental breakfast is served every day. The Hotel Cazaux is not far from the Palais des Congres, the town hall and the city market (les Halles). The friendliness of the management; very helpful with maps, directions, information about times of events. The breakfast was great.....hot croissants, tea and coffee, plus all the extra assortment of choices. The best reason to stay here is the quiet. Across from Mt. Beout, this is the quietest street in Lourdes. We have stayed here before, after being at a noisier hotel on the main boulevard. Peaceful rest. The rooms are very small (petite) which is common in France.

It was situated not too far away from where we visited on a daily basis, the staff were helpful and friendly, the hotel was clean. The bedroom was very cold, and we were very cold at night., There was not a lot of wardrobe space and no mirror in the bedroom itself. No way of making a drink, which I was needing in the evening to take medication so that was a bit annoying, and did not like blankets on the bed. I classed this hotel more like bed and breakfast, not a hotel as nowhere to sit in the evenings apart from the bedroom!! There were no facilities there.

We chose the Hotel Cazaux mainly for it's location which was perfect for what we wanted. The staff were very friendly and made us feel very welcome. We even received a lovely bottle of Beaujolais from them on our last day! The room was clean and comfortable.We would certainly consider staying there again if we returned to Lourdes.

La situation de l'hôtel était tout a fait bien pour nous car en ville. L'hôtel est calme et le stationnement à proximité nous a plu.l'accueil a été chaleureux et dès notre arrivée on nous a remis un plan de la ville.Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Si nous devons revenir à Lourdes, nous réserveons dans cet hôtel.

Indubbiamente buono il rapporto qualità/prezzo . Posizione tranquilla fuori dal caos dei negozi di souvenir. Posizione un po' lontana per andare a piedi alla zona del Santuario. Camera minuscola e niente phon .

Bon hôtel : propre et agréable. Les dames de l'accueil sont agréables. Le lit est confortable. La salle de bain est nickel. Au petit déjeuner, il y a tout ce qu'il faut. L'hôtel est au centre-ville est un tout petit peu trop loin par rapport à la basilique (10 bonnes grosses minutes à pied). Sinon, il n'y a pas de tv mais cela ne m'a pas dérangé personnellement.

La pulizia della camera è ottima. Gentile e disponibile la signora dell'accoglienza. Discreta la posizione, a circa 10 minuti a piedi dalla Grotta. C'è la possibilità di parcheggiare gratuitamente la macchina a due metri dall'Hotel. La struttura, anche se ben curata, è un pò obsoleta. Il mobilio è essenziale e la camera abbastanza piccola. Manca il phon e non c'è il bidet (tipico in Francia). Non ci sono I cuscini ma il rotolone tipico francese. Abbiamo riscontrato delle scrostature sulla parte superiore della stanza. Per gli orari è sempre bene accordarsi con la signora dell'accoglienza che non è sempre presente in albergo.

La cordialità e gentilezza della Signora, la posizione tranquillissima a 10 minuti a piedi dalla grotta, la disponibilità del parcheggio. Mancavano le prese della corrente. Ce ne era solo una vicino alla porta, nessuna in bagno, nessuna vicino ai comodini.
