Όλα τα παιδιά κάτω των 2 ετών διαμένουν χωρίς χρέωση σε βρεφικές κούνιες.
Όλα τα μεγαλύτερα παιδιά ή ενήλικες χρεώνονται EUR 10,00 ανά νύχτα και ανά άτομο για επιπλέον κρεβάτια.
Η μέγιστη χωρητικότητα για επιπλέον κρεβάτια/βρεφικές κούνιες σε ένα δωμάτιο είναι 1 .
Κάθε επιπλέον κρεβάτι πρέπει να ζητηθεί και να γίνει επιβεβαίωση από το ξενοδοχείο.
Οι επιπρόσθετες παροχές δεν υπολογίζονται αυτόματα στο τελικό ποσό και πρέπει να πληρωθούν ξεχωριστά στο ξενοδοχείο.

The staff were extremely friendly. The price was low. The bed was extremely uncomfortable, the elevator was miniscule which required multiple trips to transport the family much less the luggage, and the bathroom was a narrow shaft and very cramped. Although not the fault of the hotel, this town is extremely difficult to navigate because of all the one way streets! |

Close to the town centre with parking. Great for an interesting stop over we arrived early afternoon Gargage parking very tight we had a big car very difficult to get in and out. |

The hotel was good value for money, the staff made us feel very welcome and it was located close to the centre of Metz. We used it as a one night stop-over on a journey from Amsterdam to the French Alps and were sorry we did not have more time to explore Metz. |

We stayed two nights over a weekend in a family room (2 adults and 2 kids). The hotel is in a nice quiet location and the staff are very helpful and friendly. There is plenty of parking in the street at 1 euro per hour (chargeable part morning and part afternoon) and it's free on Sundays. Free wifi. Breakfast is good and kids eat free. The room was perfect for us and I would definitely recommend this hotel. Excellent value for money. If we visit Metz again, I would definitely stay again. |

I did like the fact that the hotel is indeed near the railway station and that its garage is quite reliable and safe. The personell was courteous and helpful. It was too hot and humid, and the fan available in the room was inadequate to mitigate that. I believe that for the price AC should be available. Not to mention that breakfast should be included. |

Staff were helpfull and friendly.Excellent garage for the motorcycles. Two double beds that were actually comfortable. Quiet rooms at rear of hotel Excellent location for city cemtre. Excellent value. |

The staff were all wonderful-the room was large and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location. I do wish the room was airconditoned -it was really hot in late June! There were some problems with the internet-which was frustrating. |

Very close to the station but quietly situated, a friendly welcome from the evening receptionist, for whom nothing was too much trouble. 24 hour bar facility and a good breakfast (which was included in the room price at the weekend). My room was cheerful and comfortable. |

Friendly staff; private parking This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel in the winter months and unfortunately the rooms are not very warm. Because of this we would consider booking another hotel in the Winter |
