Staff were helpfull and friendly.Excellent garage for the motorcycles. Two double beds that were actually comfortable. Quiet rooms at rear of hotel Excellent location for city cemtre. Excellent value. |

The staff were all wonderful-the room was large and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location. I do wish the room was airconditoned -it was really hot in late June! There were some problems with the internet-which was frustrating. |

Very close to the station but quietly situated, a friendly welcome from the evening receptionist, for whom nothing was too much trouble. 24 hour bar facility and a good breakfast (which was included in the room price at the weekend). My room was cheerful and comfortable. |

Friendly staff; private parking This is the third time we have stayed at this hotel in the winter months and unfortunately the rooms are not very warm. Because of this we would consider booking another hotel in the Winter |

Staff were extremely helpful with advice about the city. Parking garage has very narrow access. I parked on the street instead. |

friendliness, simple efficiency, basic but clean and met our tired travelling needs, nice restaurant recomendations (one next door), simple but enjoyable breakfast...each with own pastry basket, great for competitive kids, private parking and easy access to car was a real boon and felt very secure, we got in with 1cm spare (berlingo with top box), tv volume limited-good idea, smily helpful staff the helecopter pad was not attended 24/7, |

Staff were very friendly and helpful. They were very forgiving of our terrible French; and some spoke good English. Hotel was close to the railway station, but not so close as to cause problems with noise. Breakfast was good, and good value. We travelled by train, so can't comment on car parking. Booked for two nights, stayed for four. So much to see in Metz and Nancy. Lift is very small; but this is a very minor inconvenience. |

L'amabilité du personnel fut très appréciable. Les chambres étaient propres et l'hotel était calme. La chambre n'était pas climatisée et malgré la présence d'un ventilateur nous avons eu beaucoup trop chaud. La chambre était également un peu trop petite. |
