Amplasare excelenta, foarte aproape de statia de autobus Air France langa Arcul de triumf, curatenie deosebita, amabilitatea personalului, camerele si intreg hotelul sunt decorate cu gust cu mobilier stil de epoca, o ambianta deosebita, micul dejun de calitate, consistent. In ultima zi am lasat bagajele la hotel dupa ora 12 cand am eliberat camera, fara probleme.

Very clean and chic rooms, enough space taking in account that rooms in paris are small. Also very good location, in central paris, near Champs- Elisee and Arc de Triumph.

I can t say I disliked something.

-Pozitia ultracentrala, langa Arcul de Triumf , foarte aproape de statia de metrou. - baia este mare -designul holului si receptiei - mic dejun bun -personal profesionist si amabil

-Scarile de acces la etaj sunt atat de lustruite incat am cazut pe ele ( de la receptie mi s-a spus ulterior ca trebuiasa calc doar pe poteca de covor !?) -nu are nici un fel de minibar - se aude prin ferestre galagia strazii

Location of the hotel very close to the Arc de Triompe was brilliant. Staff were friendly and helpful. Very good value for central Paris.

I was totally impressed with the staff. Friendly and helpful to the extreme. Location near the Arc de Triumph and metro was perfect. Rooms were clean, beds comfortable, and breakfast was excellent. Great value

Fantastic location just minutes from the Arc de Triomphe and just round the corner from the Air France Le Car bus from the airport. There are plenty of restaurants and bars close by. It took us 20 minutes to walk down Avenue Kleber to the Eiffel Tower. Very friendly and helpful staff and a very reasonable price considering the location. Breakfast was included in the price and was perfectly adequate. A really good find!

There is not really anything we didn't like. The room was quite small but the bathroom was ok and hey how much time will you spend in the room!

The fact that it was so close to the metro and the Champs Elysees. The direct bus to the airport is only about 300m from the Hotel. It was very quiet and the rooms were of a good size with a lovely bathroom. The Hotel is very neat and clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Great location, means of transport nearly situated, especially shuttle service from/to airports, hospitable staff. I will definetely recommend this hotel to my friends and I am sure will come back there.

Location, location, location. For Paris standards, the rooms are of good size.

All of it. Staff where very helpful, location is excellent. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. I will definitely stay here again.

We really liked all the staff who were very helpful and friendly. Thank you all for your help. We will definitely use Cecilia again in the future and recommend it to our friends.

This is just a small suggestion, not really a complaint. Breakfast time was a bit difficult for my daughter since she has gluten intolerance and couldn't eat most of the things on offer. May i suggest adding porridge (avoine) and maybe eggs (boiled, scrambled) to the menu.

The location was excellent. The room size quite good by European standards. The breakfast was fresh and had a good variety of food. The staff at reception were very very helpful.

We would have liked better tea making facilities in the room, perhaps a bar fridge to keep milk and cold water etc. the air conditioner did not seem wry effective.
