Great value.. Breakfast is a bit lame and the wifi strength is inconsistent.. But still great value, clean, friendly and 1 minute from the train station..

Very good staff and excellent sevice

Staff exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nice welcome at front desk. Location excellent, short walk from train and bus station. Little or no traffic noise, hence good night's sleep. Near to main shopping streets but still in a quiet area of town. The renovation/repaving work on nearby streets appears to be completed. Room was smallish but perfectly adequate for two people, staying 2 or 3 nights. Breakfast well-presented in nice room, with choice of cereals, juice and breads. Overall, would definitely stay there again.

Channels a bit limited on tv. Bbc World the only English-speaking channel, but not a major complaint for the price. Lift bit of tight squeeze, but adequate.

I didn't liked the fact that all the streets around the hotel were under renovation. And the work was starting at 6:30 a.m. with excavators and men that where digging.

Clean and refurbished, every floor had its own theme (different continents) and interesting furniture and colours

Elevator out of order and on fifth floor. Bathroom floor got a lot of water after a shower (to low inclination of the floor). Locks on doors and doors (thin) was old fashioned and maybe not that secure

Convenient location- close to town centre and especially important for me, the railway station. Friendly staff, the room was quite big and the bathroom bright and clean. Air con and wifi both good.

Roadworks annoying, not their fault.

Very friendly staff; Rooms although small were very cosy and and well decorated.I Also liked the theme of the room . Bathroms were very small and caused some inconvenience. Breakfast was not really worth € 7,5

We needed to stay close to Toulon railway station and also bus station. The hotel was an easy 5 minute walk from the stations which suited us as we had luggage.

Room was small and storage space for luggage limited.

Damp smell in the bedroom was not pleasant. A lack of tea/coffee facilities in room and when we asked for coffee at reception at 3p.m. we received the left over coffee from the morning breakfast coffee pot which was cold and was charged 6 euros for it. No shower curtain so bathroom floor was flooded everytime we showered, hence the damp smell in room. The lift did not always work. No hairdryer available as was promised when we booked. Very uncomfortable pillows, infact they were so flat we didn't realise there were any on the bed. A few little improvements would make your guest's stay much more pleasant and the cost of these improvements would not break the bank!

The positives of my stay were that the rooms were incredibly clean and well decorated. the entire hotel was maintained to a very good standard - immaculate and nicely decorated. The breakfast room was great and thankfully our breakfast was part of the price and included great coffee, juice, pastries, bread, jams, hams cheeses and yogurts. The location of the hotel is ideal. It is 2 mins from the main train station and a 10 min walk through the streets to the harbour. There is also a taxi rank a few doors down. Now with the negatives. Our room smelt of stale cigarette smoke which wasnt very nice - no matter how long we left the window open. On top of that, the shower was ridiculously small. My boyfriend is tall at 6'2 but has never had I shower issue before. He couldnt even stand under it. Not only that, the cubicle itself was absolutly tiny. I had to leave the shower curtain fully open in order to be able to turn around so the bathroom floor was then soaked. We asked at the front desk to change rooms due to this and assumed this wouldnt be a problem as the hotel was by no means full and were told that all showers are the same, I find this very hard to believe as it would be impossible for anyone who is big built or the elderly to be able to shower here. This was very disappointing. All in all the hotel is good value for money but I would definately not stay here again due to the shower. (I really cannot stress hard enough how small it is!!!) And the smell was very off putting.

beware of room 102, there is no WC in this room! apart from that all ok.
