The hotel is nicely located, the rooms are clean and charming and the staff is really friendly. I stayed there 6 nights. A couple of nights were too noisy, because I was in the first floor and the lift was not working during the night. Hotel guests would walk around and prevent me from having a good rest. We had two problems with power surge and one morning the water was not warm enough. |

The rooms were bright and fun and mine had a balcany. Breakfast was fair value in a pleasant environment and did not finish until eleven. Overall good value in a great position. |

Despite the outside look of the hotel, which is very poor, the room was very nice. Very modern with an African themed decor. Each floor has a different theme. Bathroom was nice size, although the bath/shower did not have a shower curtain, and thus the bathroom floor got saoked! The description for the hotel said it was sitiuated on the Place de La Liberte, it isn't and is therefore very misleading. It is situated a couple of streets back from there, which is not far, but is definately not on the Place. |

I can't say that I liked anything about the hotel... It's more like a hostel actually. We were happy that the Wi-Fi was free - even tho the perception in the room was really poor - so we could find a new Hotel for the next day and check out as soon as possible. The location of the hotel is ok for the price. Service was horrible, one of the two employees decided to take a break and call her mom while having some cornflakes in the breakfast room. The entire phone call was perfectly audible in our room due to the paper thin walls. People were walking in the hallways all night long, doors slamming, screaming, barely slept. The room was supposed to be themed chinese but the designer totally failed. All furniture looked really cheap and the tiled carpet made the room even more uncomfortable. Bathroom was tiny. Overall cleanness was way below average. We made a road trip along the coast and stayed at many places, this was by far the worst. Avoid. |

Really nice and helpful staff; the room and bathroom were clean, nicely equipped and recently renewed; very tidy (and even stylish in its genre) breakfast room, fair continental breakfast. For some server error I had booked a double room single use and they made it a reservation for two, breakfast included, without charging extra fees. A couple of things which didn't really make any problem to me but I still think one should know before arriving: the batroom didn't really have a door (there was one, dividing the room from the anteroom+the bathroom, but it isn't exactly the same thing), nor any system for air circulation (no window and no fan). |

The friendliness of the staff, the location in the centre of Toulon and walking distance to the railway station. Not really, upon departure staff informed me that the hotel would be fully refurbished in the coming year. |
