The hotel was not what I expected. In fact the photos are not real as the rooms are different in reality.Room service doesn't exist,as you ask something and you must get down to take it by yourself and some hotel stuff in the reception must change work.

Nice Hotel in center close to metro. We booked a triple and (as expected) at arrival they didn't have any triple left and proposed a double with a bed. I insisted and when the lovely hotelmanager came to offer her help we received one double and one single, so that my son could sleep next door and at least we had some space (because a double with an extra bed offers tooooo little space) The rooms are ok with the basic things needed. I loved the floor: wooden parket instead of (dirty) carpet. Very nice & friendly staff! Even if the Best Western in Brussels is more luxurious, still I would go back to the same hotel on my next trip in Paris! Aanrader voor prijs kwaliteit!

Just the location! 1) Breakfast very expesive compared to what it offered ( very basic, cold egs, no variety of fruits, or vegtables, no variety of french pastry or bakery, bread was like a stone! Croissants very bad.. 12 Euros is too much for it!! 2) VERY small rooms! no space at all in the triple room for 3 people. we were upgraded to 4 bed room just because on the second day we had leakage problem in the bathroom 3) french staff was very rude. only one non-native french guy ( Ali) was very nice and decent 4) no safe in the room.. its a 3 star hotel at least it should have a safe.. not a safe in reception that you rent for 5 euros per day 5) noisy! thin walls you can hear everything and next room guests 6) TV only having french channels 7) our room didnt have any drawers, shelves, minibar.. no space for 3 persons stuff

The big drawback was the size of room 214. Described as " double " it was really quite small and I think it is only suitable for one person. Size of room 214 ; hardly a "double" more a "single"

Hotel stuff is very kind and at your disposal at any time. Location is good, near metro station and Montmartre. Rooms are clean. Male part of a group didn't appreciate the breakfast. They missed scrambled eggs and sausages.

My family enjoyed the stay as the room is big enough for 4 of us and it is within 3 mins walking to the metro station (cadet). The station is next to Mc Donald where my children like to have their meals. It is also near to Galleria Lafayette shopping malls. All the hotel staffs were very courteous, friendly and helpful. There is this staff, Ms Gaiee who briefed me upon arrival, the points of interest and recommended french restaurant to us. She also arranged for us the transportation to the airport and we do not have to worry about getting to the airport on time. I would recommend this place to all my friends who wish to stay in Paris. It is a value for money...beside being a good location to stay in.

The location to the shops was great. The room was quite small (shower very small) but big enough for one person for one night. It would have been a bit too small for 2 people if you had a lot of luggage. Breakfast very disapointing for €12.

Location is ok - two metro stations very close (2 minutes walking). A bit confusing description and photos. Comfort was less then expected for over 200 EUR per night and room was really basic. Enough but I expected a bit more....

Location wasn;t bad, not central but not too far out The room was dirty especially the carpet which should have been replaced a long time ago. We nooked and paid for a double room but the double bed was a made up sofa bed, which was the most uncomfortable bed ever. We used the 2 single beds in the room instead.

It's location. Even though it was too expensive it may be reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. No air conditioning. Room was too small. The single person elevator was inadequate and seemed unsafe, I thought it would easily break-down while travelling between floors. The first room I was given had a couple inches of dust on the exposed wooden beams in the ceiling. There were no screens on the windows.

Cleanliness, friendly and helpful staff The breakfast needs to be inproved. The quality was OK but there should be more variety. At the moment it is not value for money. The standard of breakfast at Best Western in Madrid can be used as a reference.
