Close to city centre and railway sation

Room needed redecorating - paper starting to peel from walls and furniture slightly chipped

This was a budget price hotel and this was clean and tidy your getting what you pay for here staff really good and polite , internal decor in need of modernisation and a tidy up but hey for the price I ain't complaining probably wouldn't stay here with the wife though no complaints ...

Good that we were able to store our bikes inside, receptionist/owner very friendly and helpful even though English not fantastic. Right opposite station which may be convenient for some visitors, though we found it not great for finding restaurants nearby (though we may have been looking in wrong place). Very good shower. Great value for money. Overall would definitely recommend!

Nothing, was very good, and great value for money!

Great location, very close to station, and also to restaurants. Beds were comfortable, rooms clean. Reception spoke reasonable English, only in the morning did you need to speak French.

The rooms were nice , clean and well priced, will be even better when renovations are completed.

Under renovation and hallway was littered with doors, tools and noisey workmen.

We stayed 2 nights. Breakfast was fantastic. Staff very friendly and a great location very close to rail station. Short walk to shops. Beware the first floor WC is shared at the end of the hall(this didn't bother us)

Location was really good, just across the road for the train station. Breakfast was lovely and very well priced at €7 per person. Staff were lovely. We stayed there to attend Anzac Day services and the shuttle buses left from just around the corner.

Unfortunately the room we were in was on the first floor which is good stairs wise as there is no lift, but we could hear everything from above us, including the plumbing which I'm fairly sure ran through our walls! Spoke to other guest on other floors though that said they didn't hear any noise. Luck of the draw I guess!

We loved the managers of the hotel who were friendly, helpful, obliging and fun...and we loved their dog! We also liked the breakfasts which were exceptionally good value at just 7 Euros. We were delighted when the managers, seeing how old one of our members was, offered to have him in the downstairs unit.

We used wifi a lot and we would have preferred if it didn't time out after 30 minutes. If it timed out after an hour, it would have been fine.

Good location to the train station and to the main attractions. Hotel provides a great breakfast.

Stairs to the upper floors are narrow and steep and would not be suitable for the elderly.

It was close to the station and not far from the Cathedral. The lady at reception was friendly but I mostly spoke in French.

It was a bit tired, not much room for three people in a room.

Warm and friendly hosts

The sound insulation between the rooms is almost non existent. When you can hear the sound of snoring in the room next door you know it is going to be a long night.

We liked the beds, the breakfast was fantastic, a very friendly and welcoming woman who runs it, the bathroom was very clean

Great Location just 5 minutes from centre and good value for money. The breakfast is also very good value. The people that run the place are also very helpful and pleasant.

No shower curtain on bath. Room quite hot we could not get the radiator to completely shut down.

Poor sound deadening; could hear others thru walls and ceiling. Poor ventilation; very stuffy. No hair drier. Only 1 power point if you remove the lamp. Bedspread looked dirty so we could not bear to have it on the bed.

The stairs, but in older buildings almost impossible to avoid. Again our trip has been marred by unseasonal freezing weather. Thus our perception may be less positive.

Helpful owner, quiet locations and rooms.

Thin walls, even thinner doors - somewhat lacking in privacy.

This hotel is in a reasonable location, spotlessly clean and a good breakfast.

The location was great, right next to the station and around the corner from the main shopping streets. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. The lady at reception doesn't speak very good English but still tried her very best to help.

Monsieur and Madame sont tres bonne. The hotel was close to everything especially the rail station.

Can be noisy at times. The walls are thin!

The hotel was only 5 mins walk from the railway station, cathedral and main restaurants. The receptionist was friendly and helpful.

Floors are creaky, so can hear when people are walking around.

The staff were really friendly and the room and bathroom were very clean and inviting.
