Shower needs a shower holder
Noise street, drunkards shouting in the night.. Bathroom.. the smallest in the world.:(
The receptionist is very friendly and attentive. The location is excellent.
I've not liked of bathroom. It is very tiny in addition it is equipped with douche. When I showered I wet the whole bathroom.
Good location! Nice charge!
The staff on the reception were extremely friendly and helpful. Location-wise it was great for access to the Metro and the actual area was very vibrant with cafes and restaurants all around.
The room was very small. The shower didn't have any way of fixing to the wall, making it very difficult to wash hair in the shower. No plug in the basin.
horrible ventilation- very hot, very humid inside even when outside was cool/ not humid bathroom smelled terrible water for shower was either very hot or very cold
Location was totally amazing. Right in the heart of Bastille near everything you could ever want. Hotel is fairly basic but comfortable and cheerful. The room was cleaned daily and felt secure. Would recommend.
Wifi was very temperamental and the bathroom was extremy cramled and basic. Like everything in Paris we felt it was overpriced, but overall we felt we had a positive stay.
Location was great
The bathroom smelt like damp and was unpleasant. The shower was either very cold or very hot.
Location is excellent, but otherwise probably wouldn't recommend. For the price, it didn't feel like good value. Reasonably clean but very tired and worn, tiny bathroom that was a bit smelly. Not particularly comfortable.
Friendly and helpful staff. Central location.
The staff is not helpful enough, I travelled with a friend and both of us is new to Paris and we were asking the girl receptionist what local restaurant she can recommend and she replied "there are many restaurants around the street and they are all local restaurants" Another instance my friend asked another staff if there is any air conditioning in our room as it is too hot already and he answered "No there is no aircon" and when my friend surprisingly reacted."then it will be too hot in our room" the staff just smirk and replied "yes". Due to the no air conditioning it is clear that it is not Comfortable to stay in this hotel in Summer. And if you want to hear noise all day round stay here because the hotel is situated in a busy full of restos with a lot of people. Definitely 198 euro for two nights in this hotel is really expensive! We will definitely not coming back and will not recommend this to anyone. Grrr!!!
The location is in a busy street, great for people who enjoy a late night beer. Straight across from the metro stop Bastille.
Rooms were very small, but perfect for sleeping and heading out to enjoy the city
The location was excellent and the staff were very friendly and helpful. You could leave your bag in the baggage area if you needed to, before check in and after check out. Toilet worked and shower was hot.
The room was very small. There was no lift to take luggage up three flights of stairs. The bathroom is tiny. The sink wouldn't drain quickly, something was stuck in it. You had to hold the shower head to wash yourself. There were no hooks to hang up clothes in the bathroom - not even in the door. No tea and coffee facilities in the room.
Location was near to the train station.
Photos are totally different from actual room. Room was dim and old. Extremely small and had difficulties opening up luggage. Doors were old and room keys could not lock the door properly. No elevator and had to carry luggage by ourselves. Staffs were not friendly. It was an extremely horrifying experience.
Central location. ...If you found the correct metro exit to use!!!
Booked twin room but we were put into double room. Bathroom/shower very small.
Location was excellent...though it was noicey all night...staff was friendly...poor connectivity of wifi in room... Size of rooms were small...
We loved the convenience of the location and the staff was nice.
We really did not like the fact that we were on the 4th floor with no elevators and had to bring our suitcases ourselves with no help all the way up. There were also electrical problems in the bathroom including the light turning off and coming back on by itself and having no more hot water in the middle of shower.
The pictures in the Web page don't match the reality. It was quite disappointing
The room was really clean and the Hotel was well located.
The stuff is friendly.
Change the TV screens, those of the rooms are really small and when you are on your bed you can't watch because the bad quality of the screen (is like a little screen of a laptop, and depending of.the angle you can see or not).
They lost my reservation, they didn't clean my room because they though I was checking out when indeed they lost my booking, after figuring out they told me that everything was ok but they didn't even apologize at all for their mistake of almost kicking me out,
