Just the shower!!! They advertised wireless Internet which was my reason for booking. It was one bar of six and slower than my old dial-up at home and took many attempts to try and connect too the actual netwerk. Eventually I took my laptop downstairs to the reception where even the guy behind the desk was having problems with the hotel codes to connect to their hotel netwerk. I was unable to do any work as I was unable to open files over the web due to the lack of signal strength. There were at least twenty other netwerks nearby that had a stronger signal strength around the hotel than the hotels own signal. On leaving in the morning a different receptionist wanted to charge me more than what was stated on my booking until I showed my booking print-out. |

Comfort, cleanliness, emloyees able to help, advice, speaking english, hotel is close to the city center not clear, if breakfest is included in price, person at the reception was not able to give me an invoice with company address, what makes a big troubless for me, as this was a business trip |

staff no iron for clothes, no AC it was very very hot in the room someone can pass out. the bed sheets was not change during the four nights I spend there.very poor services |

The staff were polite .. Rooms were good too It is almost impossible to reach this hotel .. We took about 2 hours to get to it & we were actually in La Defense .. Plus its not a short walk to the metro at all .. |

The cleanliness and the maintenance is excellent. The hotel is right next to a metro station and is very conveinent for people using public transport. We actually went there at 11:30pm. Breakfast is not buffet. Also the reservation on the booking.com is not very clear about whether the breakfast is included or not during the booking process. It is displayed only at the end after the reservation is complete. |

Being able to come and go as you please. Loved the size of the room and the bathroom. Beds were very cosy. They had very small pillows and the lift wasnt working at one stage as the light was on the blink but you could still use it. |

Close in proximity to all of my clients, inexpensive, close to train station, free wi-fi. Had issues with the wifi, breakast cutoff at 10 for everything (including cofee) seemed a bit earlier. Should have minor amenities until 11. |

Sa proximité avec le parvi de la défense très utile pour les réunions professionnelles. Il faut 15 minutes à pied pour se rendre de l'hôtel au centre d'affaires de la défense. Dommage, pas de parking. Il faut se rendre dans un parking paynt situé à quelques rues de l'hôtel. Pour info 20 euros pour à peine 48 heures. |

Il letto molto comodo, anche se stretto e corto! L'hotel è in ristrutturazione e quindi per entrare in stanza abbiamo dovuto oltrepassare un corridoio davvero "work in process". La stanza era davvero stretta, c'erano solo 2 bustine di shampoo che erano appena sufficienti per lavarsi i capelli. Inoltre l'albergo non dispone di parcheggio e trovare da mettere la macchina è stata davvero un'impresa! |
