Hotel Reception staff were very friendly and helpful and spoke good English which I personally found important.

En-suite shower room was quite small. My stay was only one night so this didn't impact on my stay too much but if I was staying at the hotel for a long leisure weekend for example, this would have been more of an issue.

For what we needed it was perfect. Had friends staying at the Pullman near the Grande Arche - couldn't afford those prices so Central La Defense was absolutely fine! It was only a 10 minute walk to meet them!

Staffs are smiley and very kind. Room is cozy. Location is excellent. 10 to 15 minutes walk to La Defense. There are some Chinese and Japanese restarurant around the hotel.

The bathrooms were small. If you wanted something - water, soda, extra blanket - you needed to go downstairs to get it yourself. The photos weren't of the hotel. I thought it was AT the GRANDE ARCHE. It was so far. Taxis WON'T let you ride since it's "near". It's about a 15 min walk from the Grand Arche... BUT with 4 bags... IT ISN'T!

Bed was comfortable, linen good and clean.

Room a bit cramped but not too bad. Concerns about the electrical wiring - socket on wall wasn't secure and could have exposed bare wires to a child. The swan neck flex stems to bed lights were damaged. Plumbing was very noisy in the night.

I have to say this was excellent value for money. Right next to the 176 bus route to Pont de Neuilly as well, so not at at all isloated from central Paris. Room was reasonable size, comfortable, a very good option for a traveller on a limited budget.

Noisy construction work opposite my room, ask for a quiet room to avoid this.

Clean and close to La Defense (10min by walk). Bed was good.

"Paper" walls, you hear noise from the corridor, other bathrooms, ringing phones from ground floor (I have stayed in 1st floor) and also trains going behind building. Rooms are very small. No shower gel. Limited choice on breakfast.

For a Paris hotel, the price was very reasonable and the hotel was very clean and relatively quiet. Staff was very helpful and friendly, and speak english. Breakfast was good and reasonably priced. The hotel is about 10 minutes on foot to La Defense and the Paris Metro there, but there is also an sncf train station practically across the street, so you can take the sncf to Gare St. Lazare for connections to the Paris Metro there. Many restaurants within easy walking distance.

It's in a busy district and can be a bit noisy, but closing the windows keeps the noise out. Unfortunately, if you visit in August it can be a bit hot because there is no ac. Hotel is not close to the city center but you can go anywhere in the city quickly using the metro.

one of the female stuffs of this hotel is very rude. She ate her words and was not reliable at all.But the location of this hotel is pretty good. Very near the train station.
