ホテル セザンヌ (Hôtel Cézanne)    

５泊したが、スタッフが気さくで、困ったことがあれば何でも対応してくれた。 廊下にフリーのエスプレッソマシンが置かれており、いつでもおいしいコーヒーが飲めた。 駅にも近く、町の中心部にも歩いて行けるため、便利だった。 周りの治安も悪くないので、夜ご飯の後も、安心して帰れた。

とてもモダンで素敵な内装に気分がアップしました。 デラックスルームに宿泊、お部屋はアメニティも素晴らしく快適でした。 冷蔵庫内の飲料は全て無料で、各階には自由に使えるエスプレッソマシーンが設置されており、ありがたく利用- させて頂きました。 立地も大変良く、鉄道駅、長距離バス乗り場、市街中心部のいずれへも徒歩で十分に移動可能でした。 今回は一泊だけでしたが、連泊して寛ぎたいと思うホテルでした。

Staff, location, comfort.

great hotel. Staff were excellent very friendly and helpful. Hannah and the rest of the staff ensured that we enjoyed our stay. The room was good, very well designed and the bathroom was great. Not far from the main street and down a nice quite side of the town. The free coffee machine and mini bar was fantastic.

Nothing at all

went there with 9 months baby, and for our pleasure we found the room with all baby needs; clean bed, changing, food heater, bathing accessories incl termometer. otherwise it's a great city hotel for visiting Aix

We really enjoyed our stay with the Cezanne! The staff were excellent, the room was very well designed quiet and comfortable. The location was terriffic, very close to the centre, yet reasonably quiet. The breafast was lovely!

My grading is entirely conditional on the fact that this hotel had reconstruction work going on outside our room window that started around 0800 each morning. This is not acceptable, the hotel ought to carefully inform guests about this and reduce the price or not offering the room at all under such conditions. In most other respect this hotel was quite ok.

Wifi did not work - unacceptable

Loved the bar in the foyer - what a great idea! The staff were very helpful when it came to tours and ideas in the surrounding area

Small thing, but I had the room next to the lift shaft, and the noise is little disturbing, but not enough to make any more fuss than this comment here. If it was priced any higher then I would be more upset

Fantastic warm welcome from the staff. Very service minded. Just a small walk from all shopping and restaurants. Great rooms. Free coffee. Free mini bar. Parking close.

I thought the hotel staff was absolutely excellent and very professinonal. We speak English and they were all fluent in English and helped us get around the area and even recommended some absolutely delicous places to eat.

Wonderful staff. Great breakfast with cooked to order omelets. Comfortable rooms. Nespresso machines on each floor. Free champagne at breakfast.

No fitness room now as it is under renovation.

Cup of tea in rooms. Fantastic nexpresso machines everywhere. But I like to make a cup of tea. Can ask for one though....if you want.

The Cezanne Hotel was delightful. It was extremely enjoyable and the staff were very helpful. The decor was modern and trendy, and the location was excellent.

Although advertised free wifi the speed was so slow to make it unusable...could take 10 mins to download 1 email. Plug in bathroom did not close told staff about that they said it did work but we could not get it to do so Handrail in shower loose we reported it the first day but it was not repaired When we complained about the above three things we felt that the staff were dismissive and did not want to hear negatives. The wifi was particularly frustrating as that was a key decider in booking there and were prepared to pay the quit high rate in order to get this.

The room has nice decor. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good.

The room was small and overpriced. The breakfast is too expensive. The car park is quoted as free but actually cost 16euros.

Friendly, helpful, knowledgeable staff were always ready with advice and answers. Room was spacious and comfortable. Free soft drinks and mineral water in mini-bar, free Nespresso machine on every floor.

While the bathroom was spacious and well-lit, the WC was miniscule.

The breakfast is great. 20 eur wouldn't be that expensive as you will enjoy. It is also nice that the hotel offers the nespresso coffee.

I had booked a suit but was downgraded. Apparently there had been a water damage, but I was never informed that my reservation didn't stand anymore! Had I known, I wouldn't have chosen the hotel. So the communication part was substandard. Consequently, we had a junior suit, but there was an extra bed because I would have called and asked for one (I had never called the hotel). So we had another junior suit... However, the baathroom does not correspond to a bathroom one would expect in a junior suit. It' is small and the toilets are stuck in there as well. It's not practical either as there is not enough hooks for the towels. Having said this, it's a nice hotel, but one would expect more from such a hotel. In the end, I paid a fair price, but paying the full price would not be justified.
