Hotel was very welcoming and comfortable. I particularly enjoyed the room with the open views and large bathroom. I would have liked a kettle in my room. |

I had stayed at the this hotel before and like the atmosphere, the staff and location. I booked a suite but I found the rooms to be quite cramp! The bathroom was very small! The sliding doors did not work for me! I stayed in a regular room before and must say it was much better! |

Outstanding service - we had driven all night and were hoping for an early check-in. The staff did everything they could to make us comfortable even before we checked into our room. |

La posizione. Il parcheggio. La colazione. La nostra camera era spaziosa con il balconcinio rivolto verso il Monte Bianco e arredata in legno. La cabina doccia non si chiudeva. Poca cura nel rifare la camera. |

L'ambiente, il bellissimo giardino, l'atmosfera accogliente, le camere arredate in modo veramente gradevole. il dilettantismo dello staff. Al ristorante dell'Hotel, suggerito alla reception, il menù era composto di un unico piatto: pesce in umido (alternativa:insalata). Non è stato possibile utilizzare la connessione internet perchè l'account era già scaduto al momento dell'utilizzo. |

La situation de l'hôtel dans chamonix. l'espace, la décoration, l'équipement, de la suite au 1er étage du Chalet, le petit déjeuner, la gentillesse du personnel et de la direction. je suis étonné qu'il n'y ait pas de "mini bar" dans les chambres?! |

Маленький, удобный и красивый отель. Очень понравилась зона бара с камином. Но есть притензиии по качеству уборки номера. Скажем уборка была на 4-. А в остальном отлично. И я думаю, что все таки надо давть информацию о номерах с учетом завтрака. И в моем случае цена не совсем адекватна, так как стоимость за 6 или 7 ночей одинакова, информацию об этом я узнал непосредственно в отеле. |

Het hotel is recent gerenoveerd met veel aandacht voor het tradionele en oorspronkelijke uitzicht. De ligging is prima, het centrum van Chamonix is 5 min te voet en dus snel berijkbaar. Bovendien is ruimschoots parking voorzien. |
