Zentral gelegen mit Tiefgarage unter dem Hotel. Sehr nettes Personal. Angenehme Anonymität. Ideal als Etappenaufenthalt. Zimmer und vor allem Badezimmer sehr renovationsbedürftig(stammen aus den 70-ern). So wie es jetzt ist, sicher keine 3 Sterne! Mischhahn in Dusche defekt. Angebot: Benützung des Bades im freien Nebenzimmer. Als Entschädigung für diese Umstände, grosszügiges Entgegenkommen der Direktion (Parkgarage und Frühstück offeriert!) |

The young receptionst on duty during one of the days, she was helpful. Its location is not particularly good, sraff not really helpful, it has no facility whatsoever - no pool, no breakfast room, poor breakfast... We booked two rooms, we were given two small rooms on the lowest floor, although we were charged for the largest rooms. Both had horrible windows. After repeat requests, we were given two the next day with broken aircon when it was mid August in a heat wave; another request led to a slightly better room with no balcony, the other room had no blind so the morning burning sun would be in your face early on; hot water only during 7-9 am! All the roomsand came with ugly old faded frayed brown smelly blankets and covers. This is more a 2-star standard, so I don't understand how they got 3-star?! |

The room was clean and it had a car park. It was too expensive for the type of hotel it is. The staff on reception were not very friendly. I thought 10 euro's a day for the car park was excessive. |

Very well located. It was clean and comfortable and I would certainly stay there again. The breakfast, which is served in the room, was very good - fruit juice, a selection of breads and good coffee. |

Good location in center of Menton. Easy to find by car. Rooms need to be refurbished imediatelly, the furniture is from year 70s. Taking the lift is quite an experience, it is very old and works with some tremors. There is no breakfast room, it is served by staff in your room. |
