Chambres d'Hôtes Le Clos Bourdet

The owner of the guest house was lovely and greeted us upon arrival, looked after us during our stay. Very accommodating with our 18mth year old. The house was amazing and if you like fine art and design def a place to stay. The room was great and spacious and the gardens were immaculate. We will be visiting again.

The whole house was very French chic and I loved the photographs around the rooms. The bathroom was splendid, the owners have an eye for the aesthetic. Breakfast was wonderful and the place settings were beautiful. It was only a few minutes from the centre of Honfleur so easy to walk to the local restaurants.

There was a sporadic intermittent knocking on the side wall, which kept us awake most on the night. We think it was a lose downpipe.

Very friendly hosts who spoke english,[ we try our best but our french is not good]. Cleanliness of the room was excellent and was also very comfortable ,breakfast was also very good with bread pastries etc ..I have to say the decore in our room was quite queerky, with fariy lights at the back of the bed ,antleer light fitting and animal print on the bedside tables but it was quite fun and not something you would see often , all in all a very enjoyable stay!.

Its position, its uneque style and furnishing and the warm welcome and friendlyness of its owners.

A very welcoming b and b. Very stylish in it's decor but perhaps they should concentrate on providing a choice of breakfast to their paying guests.

V attractive garden and house, great location just a v short walk to the all the restaurants and shops at the Vieux Bassin. Good breakfast beautifully presented. Hosts were v helpful with restaurant recommendations.

Wi-fi very weak in the rooms.

An eclectic hotel in a beautiful setting run by warm and welcoming hosts. We had a fantastic time and would definitely go back. The owners really went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Breakfasts were lovely, different cheeses and meats and home made jams.

It was very individual. The owner was delightful and the breakfast - included in the price was delicious. Very convenient location

A wonderful Bed and Breakfast, our room with mountain theme was fabulous so comfortable and cosy and loved the interior design in the bedroom and throughout the house, with lovely hosts who also gave us a great recommendation for a restaurant which made the whole stay complete followed by a delicious breakfast , will definitely stay there again when in Honfleur.

The host and hostess were very down-to-earth and extremely friendly. Jean-Claude (host) came to find us in Honfleur when we were lost late at night. Fran (hostess) prepared a wonderful, country-style breakfast in the morning with home-made jams. The bedroom was big and luxurious, especially for a Bed and Breakfast. The house had a classic French-decor feel. The location was perfect, close to the center of town within walking distance (about 5-minute walk) but without all the noise and bustle. I wish that we had stayed longer.

The style and elegance of the hotel and the individual decoration of bedrooms and common rooms which spoke of a quirky individual taste that effectively blended old and new. The decor was beautifully complimented by the host and hostess Mr & Mrs Osmont. Both were very friendly and charming. They were happy to chat, help with information or assistance or leave guests in total peace if that is what was desired. The gardens were a lovely peaceful oasis to relax and re-charge and yet were so close to the centre of Honfleur that walking for dinner or a stroll to the markets were delightful.

Very interestig house with fascinating artefacts collected over years by very artistic & helpful hosts .Excellent breakfasts with home-made preserves & cakes ,Access to beautiful garden ,Short walk to centre & secure off-road parking .No negatives .10 out of 10 !

We were made very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The location was ideal for the town and the breakfast was excellent.

Problem if you aren't fit as there is no lift and it is very difficult to get up two flights of stairs epecially when they are winding ones, with suitcases.

I great joy to stay & Mr & Mrs Osmont were a delight. The gardens were lovely & my wife & I enjoyed the location, only being a 5 minute walk from the bars & resturants of Honfleurr. We will certainly go back when we are visiting the area. Breakfasts were typically French,& well presented with a change of menu everyday.

Cannot fault our stay at Le Clos Bourdet. The hotel is beautiful in a fantastic location far enough for peace and quiet but near enough to walk to the quay and restaurants. The hosts could not have been any more amenable. Breakfast superb. Loved this place and plan to visit anually.

Excellent quality, quirky interior designs. Lovely gardens. Very close to harbour, shops and restaurants. Would definitely visit again.
