The garden was good for the children but a bit neglected in places.

The decor and rooms were tired and dated.

Location, Friendly & helpful Staff, Comfortable Accomodation, Garden, Breakfast, Off road parking - you have to leave your key so the cars may be swapped if needed. Fantastic for Bayeux - you dont need to drive, D Day beaches and Musees.

Some Dog poo on paths and in garden! Very hot weather was lovely but rooms needed fans to get a good nights sleep. Nit picking really!

Delightful garden, warm hosts. Would have liked to stay more. It's an excellent location for exploring Normandy beaches, cider route, medieval villages, and of course beautiful Bayeaux. My daughter fell in love with the little dogs. The breakfast was absolutely wonderful, too.

Miriam, the hostess, was welcoming, knowledgeable about Bayeux, served a charming breakfast on silver. Pierre, her son, lifted our heavy suitcases to our room, and told us about the best restaurants. Our stay was perfect, and I would highly recommend les Chambres d'Hôtes Villa Aggarthi!!

Charming, well-labeled, easy-to find B&B walking distance from train station and the charming town of Bayeaux. No need for a car here! Hosts (mom with help from son & daughter) were welcoming & accommodating. All spoke great English (though they let us practice our French). Got excellent suggestions for museum viewing, restaurants, and Normandy beach tours. We stayed 4 nights!

A charming atmosphere. We felt at home there. Easy walk to village. They gave great recommendations for activities. The breakfast was awesome and homemade

Our room's windows were on a busy street and because it was was very warm,we needed to have them open at night, which made it hard to sleep because of noise. An A/C would help

Lovely little family B&B. Not a big slick hotel which is not what we were looking for! Bayeux is a picture perfect French town close to all D-Day tours. This was the highlight of our trip.

Everything was lovely, very friendly family and nothing was to much trouble, it's a great location as well! Loved their animals as well.

This is not a criticism in any shape or form but a tip, if you plan on using your car during the day while there leave it in the street instead of their courtyard, that way it's convenient for you to access your car when ever you wish, plenty of parking on the street.

We loved the family that runs the B&B. We were treated so well. They went above and beyond to accommodate all our needs. We can't say enough about them. The location is perfect for relaxing or for day trips else where.

Charming exterior. garden was inviting and beautiful but too rainy to enjoy. staff was friendly but largely invisible. Great recommendations for restaurants in the area.

room was ability to turn on the heat after being out in the rain. no soap or shampoo provided. Two bath towels total (one for each of us) washcloths or handtowels. Breakfast was uninspired, and never varied over several days.

Site was excellent, and owner was a great tour advisor, and her sons were helpful.

Daughter didn't change our towels or make our bed. Breakfast was limited and could have used hard boiled eggs, some slices of meat, and cereals. Room was small.

This B&B is in a lovely garden setting with 2 friendly dogs to great you. They have free off street parking and are 2 blocks from the Tapestry and 3 blocks from the Cathedral. It is in a good location for a D-Day beach visit and seeing Mt. Saint Michel. The best thing is the owner. She is there for breakfast to chat with and is very helpful with helping you on getting directions and speaks good English. The wi-fi was good. I would highly recommend it.

The only minor drawbak was our room had no closet to hang clothes, just one place with a few hangers.

The general layout of the house was lovely. The staff were very helpful and friendly and the garden area was beautiful. It is a very quaint bed and breakfast and I would definitely recommend it.

Our bedroom was on the ground floor and didn't appear to have any small windows, if you wish to open a window you would have to open the main window which converts into another door.

Great position in the town and the courtyard parking is safe/ secure. Nice hosts, nice breakfast, nice rooms

Can be a little hard to spot the entrance as you drive down the road, which is narrow, two-way and with cars parking right down one side. Looking for the entrance while avoiding a collision is a bit difficult!

Lovely setting. Loved the animals.the family,is so very nice.the bed linens were ironed, and very nice quality. The room was decorated very nicely.

The common kitchen was a bit dirty. No sponge to wash dishes, no dish towels to dry anything. The breakfast was good the first day of our stay, but the second day the coffee was lukewarm, and in think it was reheated, it tasted burned. The crepes wer not hot, and they came straight out of the kitchen, who knows.
