Myriam is a wonderful hostess. She was quite open about which restaurants and museums are authentic or offer value for money, and she was keen to help us plan our trip to Omaha and Utah beaches. We rented a car and visited the sights easily (we'd recommend the museum at the American Cemetery, very moving, informative and free). She also makes homemade preserves to accompany breakfast-- a real treat!

The owner of this bed and breakfast was absolutely delightful! Each day, she gave us a map and suggested itinerary for our day's adventures, and her advice was perfect. Staying at a bed and breakfast gave us a nice insight to French culture, and the location of this bed and breakfast couldn't be better: one block from the tapestry, and two blocks from the cathedral and shopping district.

Great location, close to beaches. Myriam was a pleasure to stay with, the family very friendly and helpful with tips and recommendations for the area. Cosy rooms and having pets roaming was just like being at home.

The hostess gave us great advice about sites to see in and around Bayeux and how to get there. Although we had gps , she was very helpful in arranging our tour and even suggested the order in which we should visit the sites.

Rooms were very small. No tv.

This place was such a delight to stay at. It is a quaint B&B and the owner takes great pains to make you feel at home. She was also extremely helpful in showing us the local sights of Bayeux. Further, she made all arrangements for our tours to Mont Saint Michel and the D-Day Beaches. Without question I would recommend this place to anyone and would definitely stay there again.

The rooms are a bit small but that does not distract one iota for having stayed there. I would stay there again and would recommend it to anyone!

My sister and I stayed there four nights, originally it was two but there was a strike on the train we were taking to Belgium. Maryiam was so accommodating when she took us in, helped us rent a car, gave us directions to many of the dday sites, saint micheal, and st Marlo which is absolutely beautiful!

This B&B is in an excellent location and I am sure it will be hard to find anyone in Bayeux as helpful as Myriam. As soon as we arrived she made us feel very welcome and was most knowledgeable in what to see during our two night stay. The maps and directions to the Normandy beaches and WW2 information were excellent. She speaks excellent English and will keep you entertained with her stories. Breakfast was filling with a selection of pancakes, croissants and bread along with cheese and meats. There are a few pets wandering around the garden ie: dogs, cats and a rabbit but you couldn't help but fall in love with them all and they didn't come into where the bedrooms were. Would definately recommend this B&B to our friends.

The proprietor (Miriam) was very friendly and helpful. Love her! Love the doggies and the bunny in the yard. Best breakfast we had on our entire trip at this place. Everyone was so friendly.

Comfortable, off road parking and location a real bonus. Functional and clean.

The beds and bedding were very nice. The owner was quite friendly and informative. Her homemade marmalade was delicious. The dogs, cats and rabbits running around the property were really cute! Very 'down home' feel and pleasant garden / courtyard.

There were some junky closets and outdoor storage areas that looked unsightly. The room was a bit dark since we couldn't really open our first floor windows lest be fully exposed to the main road. It was a bit warm in the room and we could have used a fan. Slightly over-priced in my opinion.

Myriam made our stay absolutely wonderful! She is a wealth of information about the area, eager to assist in travel plans and speaks excellent English. We would come back to stay with her in a heartbeat! Our room was located on the top floor, the family room, with a large window looking out onto the street. It was very quiet, the kids enjoyed having bunk beds in their own room and our kings size bed was very comfortable. The adjoining bathroom was very clean and we were provided fresh towels every day. Access to the kitchen was great for small items which needed to be refridgerated. Breakfast was very enjoyable and included cheese, fresh breads, croissants, crepes and jams. Thank you Myriam!

The owner and her children are wonderful. The room was clean and very comfortable, even for four people. The location is perfect, easy to get to and well positioned in the town of Bayeaux. The town of Bayeax is very charming. I would absolutely recommend this b&B.

The owner is fabulous and very welcoming. She showed me how to get everywhere across Normandy, and drove me to a car rental place to make it easier. The house is very comfortable, and I highly recommend this Chambres d'Hôtes.

The Lady of the House was very accommodating and friendly, she explained the layout of the village and pointed us to the best restaurants and meeting point for our trip the following day.

Estaba bien situado para acceder a la zona que queríamos visitar. La dueña es estupenda, muy amable . Nos explico todo lo que había que ver por la zona. Nos hizo un planning punto por punto de lo que había que ver y de lo que no merecía la pena ver.

El hotel era correcto pero algo caro teniendo en cuenta el servicio que dan, sólo dormir y desayuno. En estos días hemos estado en dos hoteles de la cadena Adaggio y pagando justo la mitad de lo que hemos pagado hemos tenido más servicios ( piscina, cocina en la habitación, con nevera y microondas, televisión ). La decoración es peculiar. El desayuno leche, café, croasant y creps, para mi gusto escaso teniendo en cuenta el precio.

già al ricevimento la signra, proprietaria del BB, ci ha convinto della buona scelta. Disponibilità e cortesia sono elementi pre-senti in questa struttura che si avvicina molto alla casa di tutti con un giardinetto adatto alla prima colazione esageratamente ben servita. La posizione centrale in Blois ( a piedi abbiamo visitato quasi tutto) ne fa' un luogo raccomandabile

Se potete scegliere, consiglio le camere al piano terra: quelle al primo piano sono molto più piccole, anche se ben servite.

Die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir - und vor allem unsere Kinder - wurden liebevoll empfangen und bekamen viele Tipps für den Aufenthalt. Im Garten tummeln sich Katzen (kleine) Hunde und ein Hase. Die Familiensuite bietet genügend Platz für vier Personen, hat ein großes Bad und ist gemütlich. Das Frühstück im Garten war sehr lecker.

Ein paar Renovierungsarbeiten (Wasserschaden an der Decke, der mit einer Sperrholzplatte notdürftig abgedeckt wurde) und Reparaturen (der Rausfallschutz des Etagenbettes ist an einer Seite gebochen und mit Klebeband befestigt) wären nicht schlecht. Trotzdem haben wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
