If you don't like stairs, think carefully about staying here as there's no lift. The downside of the excellent location is the noise from the quay-side restaurants below. However, by closing the window on that side of our room, the noise was kept out. If you visit Honfleur, be sure to bring insect repellent -- the mosquitos can be very aggressive at night. Fortunately, they didn't come into the room even though we had our windows open.
If you want to stay in a large, comfortable room in old town Honfleur, this is the place for you. Looking out one window, we had a wonderful view of the harbor; looking out the other, we had another wonderful view of St. Catherine's church. The bed was very comfy, and the walk-in shower worked well. The room was beautifully appointed with an easy chair and desk. When we had problems with the hot water, TV and internet reception, it was taken care of promptly. We were greeted by Sophie exactly at the time we had arranged; she made us feel very welcomed.
