Value for money, good location 10 min walk to town centre.

Room's accomodate 5 people, I would suggest 3 people share max. Free parking opposite was useful. To collect the keys you must go to the Mavea hotel. There is also an additional fee if you do not remove sheets & pillow case, which is not mentioned until you check out.

Great location in Chamonix Sud, right opposite the bus stop which takes you to all the ski areas. Free wi-fi is available in the building - just ask at the building reception (not at the Maeva receptioni at La Riviere). Apartment for 5 people was just about right for 3 of us, but not very large. Separate toilet and bathroom in the apartment.

Reception is located in a different building (La Riviere residence), reception staff were unhelpful and bordering on rude. Nowhere to leave the luggage on the last day after check-out time at 10am. No oven in the apartment kitchen. Apartment was pretty small and quite noisy in the middle of the night (particularly as it was on the ground floor).

Generally the residence is ok, apartment given to us was comfortable enough as per expectations.

Check-in is not flexible, no possibilities to check-in earlier as they want to proceed check-in after 17.00. However, even after 17.00 the apartment is not ready and in reception do not even know when you can get the room. So, you do not know if after 5 minutes they give you the keys or after 21.00. Incredible!! On the other hand, when you check-out they insist 10.00 at morning!!

Hotellrummet var mycket snyggt och välstädat vilket är jätteviktigt.Färgerna och materialvalen var också bra valda.Det kändes hemtrevligt och påkostat.Planeringen av lägenheten var otroligt bra att få in så mycket på en mindre yta.Bra att hela familjen kunde få bo tillsammans.Det hade varit trevligt att ha en reception öppen i huset .Den var alltid stängd vilket var lite tråkigt.Vi är mycket nöjda med vår vistelse och kan gärna rekommendera detta till endra

Trapphuset var väldigt mörkt och det var svårt att hitta lamporna i gången. Det var ganska lyhört när "vissa grannar" hade party.Ska det inte vara tyst kl 23

Het hotel is iets wat rumoerig, de matrassen zijn matig...

Nous avons choisi l'option luxe d'une résidence à proximité du téléphérique de l'aiguille du midi pour pouvoir profiter au maximum d'un séjour ski orienté sur la vallée blanche, la montagne, le soleil or nous nous sommes retrouvé dans un sous sol obscur, nauséabond avec vue sur un parc au lieu de la montagne ! Le choc a été rude lorsque l'on a découvert le couloir sombre, l'appartement exiguë, obscur (nous étions deux alors qu'il était loué pour 5 !) sans parler de l'odeur très désagréable de l'appartement. J'ajoute que l'accueil à la réception a été glacial pour ne pas dire très impolie : nous arrivions à 18 h45 alors que la réception fermait à 19 heures. Cinq minutes après, plus personne pour nous guider, conseiller, les portes étaient tout simplement closes.

Ligger sentralt

Etter å ha bestilt ikke røyk, kommer vi inn i en leilighet som stinker verre enn et askebeger. Da vi klager får vi beskjed om at i følge loven er de ikke pålagt å stille med røyk frie leiligheter. Vidre må det innbetales et depositum, til tross for at det i min bokking står at dette ikke skal være nødvendig. Depositumet vil i følge hotellet bli brukt til vaske av leiligheten om den skulle være skitten i deres øyne ved tilbakelevering av nøkler. Billig leilighet, men må altså vaske selv, re senger o.s.v. Dårlig sevice, egner seg for lite annet en fylla tur med gutta!!

V hotelovém komplexu jsme byli ubytovaní již potřetí. Vždy jsme měli k dispozici skvěle vybavený apartmán (myčka, mikrovlnná trouba, sklokeramická deska, lednička, kávovar + kuch. vybavení) přímo v centru Chamonix. Přímo naproti hotelu zastávka skibusu (rozvoz do různých středisek á 15-30min.). Dobrá cena za velmi kvalitní služby.

Poměrně vysoká cena při požadavku úklidu při odjezdu - proto je dobré vzít si s sebou zákl. čistící prostředky a uklidit sami (poplatek za úklid se potom neplatí!). Málo parkovacích míst - téměř stále obsazené parkovací stání.
