It was fancy and comfortable. There was a buffet dinner and the food was pretty good with a lot of variety. The person at the reception was very helpful when we wanted to schedule our train departures. He went out of his way to help. Away from town. Had to walk to get to it. Its good if you are arriving by car. |

Offering was somewhat unclear - different people in the reception gave different prices for how much it would cost to add half-board. The billl was extermely unclear and also incorrect to start out with. |

Hotel was spacious and had much potential, and was well located just outside Chamonix and near the ski slopes. Staff were friendly, but a little young and inexperienced. The rooms and hotel in general were very cold, and the heating inadequate. On the second morning, there was no hot water and the scrambled eggs were almost frozen! |

The lack of choice for evening meal - It was restricted to a buffet which was ok but fairly expensive and there was no option for bar snacks etc after 18:00 |

Great view of mountains and glaciers. Nice pool / sauna / jacuzzi On main road. Rooms facing main road might be less enjoyable. Breakfast seemed expensive but was very good. |

Buenas vistas a los pies del Mont Blanc. Interesante buffet para el desayuno y una agradable pisicina climatizada y sauna para relajarse despues de un dia de montana. Limpio y ciudado. |

Sa situation géographique près du tunnel du Mont Blanc pour notre voyage annuel en Italie. La restauration est en net progrès par rapport aux annnées précédentes. Pas de réfrigéateur dans la chambre. |
