It's cosy and friendly, in a nice neighborhood, decent value for money. I did not like the arrogant attitude "this is Paris" when I complained for the price of 5 euros(!) for a lipton tea in my room. I did not like the fact that they don't make fresh orange juice (the most common fresh juice ever) although they have it in their menu. I did not like the fact that room service in available only in very limited hours of the day. |

The reception is generally helpful and the room is very nice. The service at breakfast is not very friendly. Although the available city guide have multiple languages, it would be nice if they have English version as well. |

The staffs were very freindly and helpful. The location was good, close to Metro If I have to rate out of 10, I would give 9.5. The only think I dislike about it was the room a little dusty |

Nice room design, the space is used efficiently. Too expensive relatively to location and room size. No free internet. No parking. Located at very dirty street. Unacceptable price for breakfast. |

I booked a superior room. The room was very crisp and clean and the decor was modern and smart. The bed/mattress was very comfortable. The ensuite was also excellent. Overall I was impressed with the room. View onto the railway track was not expected. Though breakfast was advertised as being served from 7am to, I think, 10.30am, there was a scarcity of items at even 9am.On 2 mornings the breakfasting room had run out of croissants by 9.30am...not great! |

It was to our surprise that the bath room is actually quite spacious. Very convenient location for city traveller. 3-5 minutes walk to the metro station rome. And the breakfast is very very good. The wall between the guest rooms seems to be very thin. We can easily hear the talks from the room next door. |

This was our first visit to Paris and we chose this hotel based on the excellent reviews we read about it. It is in a quiet residential area but with plenty of shops/bars & restaurants locally. There are 2 metro stations close by which we felt very safe using even at 5.45am on our last morning and it was a 30minute pleasant walk to the Arc de Triomphe. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone. The reception staff were very helpfull and pleasant. We chose a superior room which was very comfortable and pleasant to return to after a long day sightseeing. We also had our own tea & coffee making facilities which was great. This hotel was excellent value for money. |

The hotel is very accessible. A little off center but is Paris this is not a problem. Although the building is old and classic rooms and facilities are very modern and clean. We came late and our room was rented so they gave us the room they deserve for disabled which is exceptionally spacious and comfortable - I don't know how regular rooms are but this one was great. The airondition functionned perfectly an breakfast was good. We paid 220 for two nights including breakfast which is very fair for this level in paris. Internet connection costs more than 20$/day. For me in 2009 where most places provide free highspeed access this is not acceptable. |

This was a really nice hotel, clean and very comfortable. Close from a metro station and well located (restaurants nearby and from our room we could see -from the distance- the sacre cour. I absolutely loved it and would stay there again =) Not really, the room we got first had the air conditioned broken (had a leak) and when we reported it they moved us to a bigger room and the air conditioning in perfect shape. so we loved it even better =) |

We got a club room which was quite spacious. The amenities were also quite good including a nice bathroom. There was no air conditioning which was unbelievable considering it was so hot in Paris! The breakfast was not great either and i would have rather eaten in one of the several great restaurants close to the hotel. |

The hotel was near metro station that was very convenient and also has near by super market, bakeries and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious and seemed recently renovated. We didn't chose to have breakfast because it was a bit overpriced. For a 3day in Paris this hotel is a good choice. The rate was a little expensive in comparison to chain hotels that have a good reputation already. We paid 120€ per night (without breakfast) which is considered to be the price for more luxurous hotels in greece... For Paris I assume this is a good, clean plain hotel. |

The hotel has been refurbished recently apparently and we really liked the rooms and decor - very comfortable and contemporary. Bed was really good! Breakfast was good. Staff were great and helpful. There was no air conditioning - the room was extremely stuffy which wasn't so good. We travelled in May and it was bad, so would probably be even worse mid-summer. We'd recommend a room at the back of the hotel, at least then you may be able to open the windows - we couldn't as it was too noisy at the front. |

It was only 5 minutes walk from the metro station, the metro is really easy to use in Paris, making it easy access line to all the popular sites. The hotel is only 10 minutes walk from the Moulin Rouge area of Paris we had an extremely lovely meal out there which was great in walking distance. The breakfast is extremely expensive due to the exchange rate, and there was no iron that we could borrow, you had to pay for somebody to iron for you. |

Very clean quite room with good accomodation facilities. Very nice soaps shampoos etc. They clean the room every day. Friendly staff. There were no television channels for foreigners. If you liked to watch extra chanells you have to pay. Additionally, we order a taxi from the reception to the airport of Orly and the taxidriver added an extra amount on the predetermined price with the hotel. |

The staff was excellent, the room was very nice for the price. A very good value for Paris. And the location was very good to get to anything in the city, only a few blocks to the metro. Sometimes you could hear noise in the next room. |
