La Maison Champs Elysées  

Staff of the hotel was excllent and cooperative, location was very good Just a 2mins walk away from Champs Elysees but unfortunatly whan i was there (march 2011) the hotel was under construction which gave a look of a normal 3 star hotel but i'm sure when the finishing will be done it will be a wonderfull plance to be.

Everything) breakfast was fabulous - especially considering the fact that I was on fasting, staff was attentive to details)

It happened that the girl on the reception didn't understand when I was leaving. Basically, I had an overnight flight that is why I wanted to stay up to the evening on the day of my departure not to walk in the town with bags, cause I had hectic business schedule but they told me that I have to leave. At first, I was really disappointed with their services but the story had a happy end)) The manager allowed me to seat in the cigar bar (as I just needed quiet place with Internet to work) and they put all my luggage in safe place. Up to the evening they did all to comfort my stay - offered me tea, booked taxis every time I needed it, helped me to find person/street/shop/post office and even were talking on the phone for me (as my French is not that perfect yet).

We like the location , and the beds the staff tried to make you comfortable and was friendly although the service good have been a little bit better

I did like their website and the idea to stay in a nice design hotel, even though I did realize that not all the rooms are decorated by maison Martin Margiela, I was dissapointed by the overal look Booked 2 junior couture suites as seen on website , but brought to an in my opinion, 'upgraded' room with hardly an couture feeling, after complain there was only one suite available as shown on website I think the difference between the suites was too big too charge same price. Hotel restaurant was occupied with 3 tables on our night of reservations and was glad we didnt book the new years eve party there. If this is the 'designers' place to be they need to work on a lot of things, at this moment it is just another over prized hotel and I would suggest other Paris hotels

The quiet and calm atmosphere. The mattress of the bed was firm making the bed very comfortable. I enjoyed the free Wifi access.

The door card was faulty.

Chambre spacieuse, calme.

Salle de bains dégradée (peinture écaillée au plafond, une ampoule ne fonctionnait pas), aspect vieillot. Moquette tachée dans la chambre, le wifi ne fonctionnait pas. Mini bar à discrétion mais de ce fait insuffisamment garni. Bouilloire à disposition : un seul sachet de thé ! Tous ces désagréments ne sont pas acceptables pour cette catégorie d'hôtel.

отель прекрасный, дизайн отеля выполнен известным дизайнером ммм. место для парижа лучше не придумаешь. завтраки очень хорошие, разнообразное меню. в отеле прекрасный ресторан , можно поужинать в отеле. метро близко , автобусная остановка 5 мин. все лучшие магазины 5 мин. все основные достопримечательности в 20 мин пешком. в номере чайник, кофемашина. отель парижский шик за вполне разумные деньги .

Ich bekam einen kostenlosen Upgrade auf eine Junior Suite. Das helle Zimmer und das geräumige Bad waren toll, kostenfreies WiFi und inkludierte mehrsprachige Spielfilme auf Abruf sind große Pluspunkte. Die Lage in unmittelbarer Nähe des Grand Palais, der Champs Elysées und der Avenue Montaigne ist hervorragend. Das klinische und zuweilen futuristische Design mag nicht jeden ansprechen, mir gefiel es jedoch.

Die Hotelmitarbeiter ließen zu wünschen übrig. Ich spreche zwar nur leitlich Französisch, jedoch nicht so schlecht, dass es völlig unverständlich wäre. Ein Herr an der Rezeption tat jedoch zumeist so, als könne er garnichts verstehen und gab trotzige Antworten. Ein neben mir stehender Freund (Französischmuttersprachler!) hatte meine Anfrage zudem verstanden. Bleibt zu bemerken, daß die Englischkenntnisse des Rezeptionisten meinen Französischkenntnissen offensichtlich noch unterlegen waren. Mein Zimmer war zur normalen Check-In-Zeit um 15.00 Uhr nicht fertig. Die Bar neben der Lobby ist als solche kaum zu erkennen und muß scheinbar vom Rezeptionspersonal mitbewirtschaftet werden. Dementsprechend lange darf man auf Bestellungen oder überhaupt erst die Möglichkeit, eine Bestellung aufzugeben, warten. Die Frühstückskellnerin buchte mein nicht im Preis inkludiertes (und teures) Frühstück auf das Zimmer meines befreundeten Tischgenossen, obwohl jeder von uns separat die Frühstückquittung unterschrieben und mit der jeweiligen Zimmernummer versehen hatte. Desweiteren könnte man in einem Hotel dieser Kategorie mit internationalen Gästen erwarten, dass auch mehrere deutsche TV-Kanäle eingespeichert sind. Als einziger deutscher Sender war in der Senderliste das ZDF verzeichnet - doch ausgerechnet dieser Programmkanal blieb schwarz.

地理位置相当好。酒店设计不如宣传，只有少量房间出自大师之手。床特别舒服。大堂有专门的雪茄吧吸烟室很好-

Accueil et réactivité du personnel Chambre spacieuse et très bien équipée

Notre chambre en dernier étage était à proximité de la machinerie ascenceur. Trop de bruit tôt le matin !! Dommage;

Localização perfeita, próximo as melhores lojas e restaurantes. Quarto moderno com todas as facilidades como internet, apple TV, etc, sem custo adicional. Staff extremamente gentil e prestativo, sempre disponível.

Nao identifiquei nada de errado durante o período em que estive hospedado.
