La Maison Champs Elysées  

Staff of the hotel was excllent and cooperative, location was very good Just a 2mins walk away from Champs Elysees but unfortunatly whan i was there (march 2011) the hotel was under construction which gave a look of a normal 3 star hotel but i'm sure when the finishing will be done it will be a wonderfull plance to be.

This hotel is located in a great location, within walking distance to most everything, easy access to the Metro and the staff is very accommodating

Friendly staff having a very hard time with unhappy customers at the moment.

Pictures are not the ones of the actual hotel. I was explained that the hotel had been totally refurbished and that they didn't have any new pictures yet. Very minimalistic design by Martin Margiela. No comfort at all in the rooms which are not finished and shouldn't be rented yet. Works going on everywhere, phone not working, internet not working, tv not working, lights in the corridors not working, fire alarms going on 4 times in only one morning, breakfast delivered cold, 50 minutes after having ordered it. I had to change hotel after one night as I was there for business and simply couldn't work in my room.

Comfort and location

Our room had 2 beds put together instead of one bed....we are young couple, we didn't like that much

We like the location , and the beds the staff tried to make you comfortable and was friendly although the service good have been a little bit better

I did like their website and the idea to stay in a nice design hotel, even though I did realize that not all the rooms are decorated by maison Martin Margiela, I was dissapointed by the overal look Booked 2 junior couture suites as seen on website , but brought to an in my opinion, 'upgraded' room with hardly an couture feeling, after complain there was only one suite available as shown on website I think the difference between the suites was too big too charge same price. Hotel restaurant was occupied with 3 tables on our night of reservations and was glad we didnt book the new years eve party there. If this is the 'designers' place to be they need to work on a lot of things, at this moment it is just another over prized hotel and I would suggest other Paris hotels

Hotel design is to avant gard Almost creepy Not many guests in restaurant or bar Would not go back Also it is on the bottom end of 4 star Spend a little extra and stay at a name brand

La décoration est vraiment un réussite, un vrai hôtel "couture" déclinant parfaitement l'innovation et la tradition. Le personnel est très sympathique, souriant et serviable. J'ai adoré le salon "Cigare club" un havre de paix où l'odeur du cuir des fauteuils club vous emporte à faire une vraie pause. Les chambres sont rénovées et très belles. Une bonne prestation de petits déjeuners buffet. Internet, mini bar sont inclus et un verre d'accueil au "bar" offert. Bravo.

Savoureux petit déjeuner, bon lit, quartier calme, mais surtout le personnel très chaleureux et serviable.

Excellente situation géographique au coeur d'un quartier magnifique.

Le fait que l'hôtel était en travaux et de ne pas en avoir été averti sur le site.

三泊しましたが。毎朝とても美味しかったです。室内はとても清潔でアメニティもよかったです。　スリッパ　バスロ－プが付いていて良かったです。ロケ－ションもよく、室内のテレビでインタ－ネットが無料で使用でき- 本当によかったです。又泊まりたいです。

バスル－ムのドワが前面ガラスでｱｼﾞｱとは違うのに　と思いながら少し戸惑いました。

Хороший завтрак, приветливый персонал, хорошая кухня и меню в ресторане (кроме кофе эспрессо, либо машина плохая либо ... думают что и бурда сойдет, у меня в Москве на кухне машина готовит в 100 раз лучше) при очень качественной кухне это удивило.

Отсутствие канала Eurosport на ТВ в отеле, не понятно где искать мини бар в холодильнике вмето его полноценного содержания четыре банки 0,33 - Cola, Cola, Heneken, Shweps и никакой бутилированной воды обещаемой на сайте отеля при бронировании.
