La Maison Champs Elysées    

Location, location, location. Walking distance to all major tourist sights. And helpful staff at the reception desk and dining room.

Nothing major, just one small thing. We requested a bathroom with a bathtub. We didn't get a room with a bathtub (shower stall only) at check-in, but they finally found a room with bathtub and put us in that room.

The location near the Champs Elysées, Place de la Concorde and Avenue Montaigne is simply unique. Nicely designed rooms. Free movies in various languages. iPod docking station. Free WiFi.

No real (lobby) bar in the hotel. At the same time, prices for in-room dining are simply ridiculous: 28 € for some Penne all'Arrabbiata or 32 € for a Cheeseburger are noting but a rip-off, even in a hotel of this category. Poorly equipped minibar in room: One beer, one coke, one juice, one water. The first night of the stay, the use of the minibar is free. However, mine wasn't refilled for the second night...

no coffee machine as advertised, TV was a nightmare to use. Could do with having a nice gym for the guests to use....that would make it perfect..

The design is nice

The hotel room is overpriced given for what I have paid for. For the same price, I would pay an extra £100 to upgrade to a proper five star hotel room in La Royal Monceau, which supplies branded shower gels etc and avante garde designed room. Also, La Maison Champs Elysee has limited staffs to welcome guests, there isn't a door man. I didn't like it at all. The internet is as slow as a snail crawing on the road.

Good location. Walk distance from Champs Elysées, Louvre, Musee d'Orsay.

No pool. No gym. Breakfast didn't include champagne and was very poor. To my mind option listed above don't correspond level 5 stars hotel.

A beautiful boutique hotel!

What truly distinguishes excellent hotels is the service. The personnel was courteous, efficient, solicitous, but never sycophantic. The design is handsome, if somewhat impractical, the restaurant is first-rate. Breakfast was equally outstanding. As for the location, it is simply superb.

The staff were very curteous and helpful. The hotel was a five minute walk to the Clemenceu metro station and set on a quiet street. Rooms appeared very well insulated as we did not hear any of our neighbors. The room was larger than expected and very clean. Curtains provided complete privacy and almost light blocking. The room had an iPhone docking station on the clock radio The free WiFi was fast enough for Facetime but overall spotty during our 4 nights there. Overall better than expected, but pricey.

We had only minor issues, such as having only one US plug for our phone charger, but that might be better than other hotels in Paris.

Hotel was very grungy, I.E., hallways, elevators. Fragrance in the hotel smelled cheap and like a cover-up of an unpleasant odor. Bathroom floors had mold in the grout. No adaptors for U.S. appliances. Cigar lounge had dirty dishes/coffee cups on tables all day long...no one cleared them. Hotel ordered taxi and said it would take max. 10 minutes to arrive, but it took 20 minutes.

It was always nice and clean and very close to everything that we wanted to do in Paris.

Much. Floor where I stayed had only three rooms making the place look like hotel apartments. The overall decor and colors of the hotel looked depressing. Bright silver and black and white. The elevators were cramped, old and noisy. Rooms are well equipped but oddly shaped and look plain and empty. Apple TV is used and is full of bugs, so much you can't turn the TV off. The breakfast is extremely simple. I booked for a 7 nights but checked out after the first night. People in the hotel really try their best within limited resources. The hotel was strangely rated 5 stars which is the reason I chose it but deserves 3 or at best 4 stars.

Arrives at 10 am after 9 hours fly and room was delivered at 3 pm, when a room was requested, none was available even to pay the xtra night. Your site promotes this Hotel as 5 starts and the it is a 4, but in my opinion it is close to 3, Jr suite for 2 adults and 1 child was reserved and accomodates 2 and tide, no space to place the baggage, not drows in side tables or tv table and only a littter closet 1.5' w x 5'h, imposible to fit 3 people. I stay only 1 night, Of course for Paris prices it is good value for money.

Every thing was perfect, the staff great and helpful, location is amazing, walking distance from all the shopping area and the bistros. the room is calm and no noise at all.
