An excellent location!! We travelled in on the RER from the airport, and took the metro to Charles V station, stepping out onto the Champs Elysee and looking up the avenue to the Arc de Triumphe was incredible, the hotel was just a short but pleasurable walk away. We received a very warm welcome from staff and nothing was too much trouble. Breakfast (a bit pricey but worth it!) was beautifully presented, everything was very fresh and the service was excellent. No doubt we paid a premium for the location of the hotel and also, for a room with Arc de Triumphe view... but sometimes these things are worth paying for!!! Disappointed with the shower, very basic!!

the staff where very polite and cooperative, the location is wonderful champ elesse avenue is just around the corner the metro station as a five min walk and has many direct lines to many attractions. the rooms are cleaned sometimes more then once a day. There is not a verity of breakfast choices, our reservation included continental breakfast which includes only cereal and juice. but for a 3 days stay it wasn't bad.

Location, Location, Location. We couldn't have been happier with the location. We walked to the Eiffel Tower, strolled the Champs-Elysees Ave, and then checked out the Arc de Triomphe in our first afternoon there. The hotel staff were great. The rooms were very comfortable, and clean. It was a great stay in an amazing city. The only place I would say they need some improvement is having more staff on hand for morning breakfast. The poor girls looking after the resteraunt were swamped when it was busy and unable to keep up, which became frustrating for us

The concierge there was great! Very central location. The room is too small and the air conditioning was being difficult (turning cold then hot) so we had to open the windows. Woke up to the sounds of the garbage being taken.

Hotel is in a great location, just off the Champs-Elysees. Staff were very friendly and the bedroom was clean. Only negative was the cost of the food and drink in the hotel but thats Paris for you.

The clearners were disturbing to often and did not allow to sleep. Too expensive price of the room. I was expecting more bigger room or better conditions for that price.

Clean room, Comfortable bed No air conditioning for one night. I believe that we were put in a room where it was known that the air conditioning was not working and the staff hoped to get away with it. I asked and received a discount but in view of the likely cynicism involved the night should have been free

Its well located near the Champs-Elysees, and very close to the metro station that have link to the Euro Disney metro. The room and bathroom were very clean and we had a balcony overseeing the arc de triomphe.The staff in general were helpful and nice. The first time we had breakfast, the person who served us wasn't cooperative and he seemed not willing , but in the next day another person was there and he was extremely helpful.There was no water boiler or coffee maker in the room, and the room was small, not good for couples with children. We only had one child, so it was ok for two nights.

The hotel was very clean and the service was great. The view of the Arc de Triomphe from the balcony was great! It was much closer to the Arc de Triomphe and the Champs Elysees than I expected based on my map research. Not necessarily a negative and we didn't have any noise problems, but if you want something more "off the beaten path," I would likely suggest you look at another hotel.

Perfect location. Professional and kind reception staff. Room too small - not more then 10m2, without the corridor and the bathroom. The furniture in the room and bathroom needs renovation. Rusty tiles!
