Location of hotel is perfect, two mins walk from Champs-Elysees. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Rooms are clean and comfortable. The view of the room is Arc de Triomphe. Also there is a free nespresso machine and tubes for coffee lovers. I extremely recommend this hotel.
The location The staff at the reception were friendly
The breakfast was bad and the staff at the Resturant were unfriendly and no variety of food I've been in Radisson Blu in Dubai,Abu Dhabi, Vienna, Edinburgh. All of them was much better than this I think this hotel equal 3 stars hotel
location cost wi-fi
room is not very clean tv does not work well staff are not helpful parking very expensive
location staff wi-fi
very standard local TV place did not feel very safe as you can enter and exit hotel elevators easily
Polite personnel, Location, room well equipped
Small room, old furnished, external noise due to quality of the windows
According to my selection on booking 2adults 2kids I was given a deluxe room, but after arrival I was told by staff that We can't stay in one room as a policy for the hotel due to room size and I have to get another room which caused me a lot of money. The staff put the blame on booking, and I paid the price.
The concierge Mr Tomaz was extremely efficient and most helpful. staff overall friendly and helpful. The location of hotel was very convenient to my sphere of activity.
Bathroom floor was marked with old paint in spot , gave impression floor was not cleaned properly.
The location , and the staf hospitality . Thanks
Location, balcony in the room
Awful smell in the room, I cannot stay even 10 minutes there and cancel my reservation, but was charged for day of staying. Do not expect too much from this place - this is definitely not 4 stars, in reality may be maximum 3 with minuses
they charge me without any reason
The Staff was very welcoming 2 mints away from champs-Elysees , welcoming macrons and bottle of water free wifi in the room , Atm was very close 2 miles away
Lobby is small
The location, size and ambience of this hotel are great. A homely feel is communicated instantly. Its a stones throw from the arc d' Triomphe and all the attractions around it. One is spoilt for choice in terms of restaurants etc. a good hotel all in all.
not as easy to find an empty cab as it might be in other places.
Pleasant informality and professional staff
Wifi service was intermittent
I did not like getting charged 25 euros for a simple breakfast. Should be continental and free. Those ridiculous room rates are high enough without charging your guests for breakfast.
Great location, staff very helpful and good service
Good service. Central location.
Location excellent and staff very friendly and helpful. Room quite comfortable in terms of size and facilities!
Only the view was perfect ,other than that it was A huge mistake,Never going to stay in it.
The View & location,The in-room coffee was good. Nespresso...
The price of beer and drinks, one drink of Coke Light and Bacardi was 18 euro'S....That was the only drink that I ordered at that point.
Nothing in particular worth to be reminded
It costs too much for the level of service provided. Nothing bad but nothing good
