Beautiful room with huge bathroom. Very comfortable bed too! Pleasant and Friendly Staff. You won't find more helpful friendly staff in Paris! Thank you Arnold for all your help. Location is great. |

Excellent location, 50 meters away from the Champs Elysees! Very good service, nice staff and helpful concierge (believe me, they find everything you want!). Well, I also like the style of this hotel, the atmsophere, so peaceful, I ll choose again this hotel when I'll come to Paris next time even for a business trip. John |

Location was excellent with only a 2 minute walk to the Champs-Elysees. Night customer service was very good and even though the bar was shut the reception customer service team made us coffee's + served us wine for the room. Disappointment was that at first we were given a room WITHOUT a door on the bathroom and the room was tired needing a refurbishment. |

Staff was very friendly. Perfect view of Arc de Triomphe from our room. Internet was offered for free unlike other hotels that are charging some ridiculus ammounts up to 20 Euros per day. Room was small. No coffee making facilities in the room. |

The staff at reception area is exteremely polite and co-operative. Cleanliness in the room is of high standard comparable with any other international hotel. Despite extensive advertisement of wireless connection in the rooms, it did not work during my stay. The fit out in the toilet missing some very basic things like shwer caps etc. |

Very good staff, clean numbers, noise resistant, placement. The breakfast is quite expensive, but there is a possibility to have good breakfast in cafe at Champs-Elysees :) |

The staff at the hotel is wonderful, the front desk clerks treat you and your guests like royalty. Very friendly and extremely helpful in all respects. The location is good, George V Metro is about a 10min walk or less. The room itself is very large and comfy. We had a beautiful balcony window that we could open and see a view of the street and courtyard. I was happy to stay there for almost 7 days so my dislikes are very specific. I work online so even though I'm on vacation I have to spend a few hours working every day. The chairs they have in the room are not that great for working, but they were not horrible. I guess I'm used to a business hotel that caters to that. |

The employees at the hotel, were extremely friendly and helpful. This included the front desk team, the bar staff and include the cleaning folks. The cleanliness of my each night was impeccable. The location, even though I was there on business, was convenient. The most difficult part was being on business i had to change my plans and extend my stay directly with the hotel. To learn the full price of my room, made me say ouch, but the service of the team, the accomedations and location were worth not finding some place else for an evening. |

Wonderful location and wonderful hotel. Friendly staff, and very beautiful rooms. Just 2 minutes walking distance to the “Arc de Triomphe”, Metro station, and les Champs-Élysées. For Arab people, you will find lots of Arabic restaurant and supermarket in the area. Miner thing, the TV system has only 9 channels, but there was a letter form the management informing us that the there was an upgrading the TV system. Regardless, I will still go back to this hotel. |

Great location, cleanliness was good, Smelly towels, thin walls so could not sleep at night as we could here people walking around upstairs, the hotel reastaurant closed at weekend so we could not eat anything, not the service you would expect for a four star hotel and not the service we expected considering the amout of money we paid to stay at this hotel. |
