Chanteloup Hôtel  

The only thing good about this hotel was its location!

Unfortunately my experience was not that great! The hotel smelt really bad of new paint mixed with a kind of old mustyness! The room was cramped, although clean but the bathroom could do with some tlc. There was a horrible noise that went on all night - like a generator going so we all slept rather badly!! We were looking for a place to sleep before heading to to a disney hotel, we are not precious but this hotel was disappointing. The food was also pretty poor and the coffee was disgusting!!

We liked the location being near Disneyland Paris, and close to Paris Centre. The Continental beakfast was very well stocked, and although we only used the restaurant on one night of our three night stay, the food choice, quality, service, and and price was very good. Unlike other comments, we found the staff at the Chanteloup, extemely friendly, and could not have been more helpful. Excellent Hotel, for Disneyland Paris, Val De Europe Shopping Centre, and a close commute to Paris by Car.

Proximity to Disneyland coupled with price for a very clean and relaxing atmosphere. Would recommend with A++

Breakfast left a little to be desired, but overall good experience

Basic, hard beds, tiny rooms, €10 for a tv remote to watch 3 channels. No tea/coffee in room. Breakfast is chaotic and pretty awful. Cold boiled eggs and stewed apple? Yum....don't bother...

The staff were very accommodating and helpful.

I particularly liked being greeted (by a human being) quite late in the evening after a day at the Disneyland Resort. The room was quite acceptable with a comfy bed, and much better than others that I've used at the budget end of the scale in this area, and the bathroom was quite OK if not wonderful. The buffet breakfast was a good bonus and included ham, eggs, and cheese, as well as croissants, French baguettes, and fruit salad, and I would recommend a visit just because of this. Parking was free and another factor which beats some of the opposition thereabouts. Well worth a visit; I would go again...

It seemed a bit strange to be asked for a ten euro deposit for the TV remote control, but I suppose there must be a reason for this. We didn't use it as we were very tired after a full day at Disney and following an overnight drive, but were quite happy to fall asleep almost straight away. The facilities are a little dated with a shower unit above a bath, but this is only a minor point and it was a stay that I can recommend as good value for money.

Nice clean hotel and a good price for easy of access to disney. Breakfast great.

Needs tea making facilities in rooms.

Location. Near do Disney resort.

Pleasant village location, clean, modern with great facilities and friendly staff. Will definately return and Disney within easy reach along with shops shops and more shops!!!

Small and looks old. A little far away from Disney and valley.

Price / Quality was very good.
