localization flea market wi fi private bathroom
hairs on the bathroom´s wall expensive parking earliest check in is very late.
good hotel good location , close to subway and bus stop. all shops and pharmacy across the road. Mc donald, kebabs, cafe, shisha all available
lift carry only 2 passenger and very narrow and old but classic
parking is not expensive hotel staff is great free wifi
rooms are dusty
-cleaness and neetess - staf was friendly and helpfull - close to metro which is on the - on the same line to the main points of intrest in Paris, and close to line 9 which was the same for my meeting place.
- the location was far away from the place of my meeting - very tight lift and bathroom - it was no option for refund in case of cancelation
Convenient location by tram and metro. Price was value for money in Paris
Small quarters Ancient elevator
The location was walking distance from the Metro.
The interaction with the person behind the desk was not good. They made us feel as if we were not customers but asking for their help. We blamed it as attitude of french people. We also didn't like the concept of leaving the keys every time we left room, without any assurance of our valuables in our room. Wifi didn't work in the room, had to come to the reception for checking mails.
I guess at this price you cannot expect it to be any better.
Small room, super-small bathroom. But again - value for money...
the bath room was too small. I even needed to open a door to go to shower booth inside. A room smelt bad and damp
hotel is clean
room small and internet connection is very poor.
Location is perfect metro and bus service in walking distance...
Lift is not working its so difficult...
Staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Private room was a big plus with my own bathroom. Close to transit. Good stay for a good price.
Could only connect one device to wifi password. It was in an off neighborhood but close to transit station. Lift didn't work well.
The hotel is near the metro station.
You can hear the noises from the streets and from the other guests. And the bathroom is another problem. You can't keep the water from leaking onto the floor unless (I guess) you pay extra attention.
Pretty good location (Metro line 1)
Everything else - staff, cleanliness, food, etc.
the location, staff amability and willingness to solve our complaints
the bathroom was very small
location, spitting distance from Metro
cramped room and shabby appearance - only use as a last resort when everything else in this price range is booked
the room was very clean. the staff provided us a small fridge which is good enough to fill with some groceries one can buy from the near supermarket. we had to checkout in the night, so we checked out in the morning and they let us leave our baggage there.
small room, but as i said. its ok..
Location, value for money, cheap hotel with a very good bed.... Would stay here again Friendly staff
Could be a bit cleaner but hey I came to see Paris, not to spend time in a hotel room
We've stayed just one night at Hotel Charma, so it was good for us. It was very easy to find, metro, but and tram station are a couple of minutes walking, the staff was very welcoming and let us leave our staff in their baggage room before checking in as we arrived very early. For a short stay I would definitely recommend this hotel.
The bathroom was very small and a bit moldy.
The guy in the reception was very polite and helpful
The rooms were tiny, the same for the bathroom. The hotel is located close by a station but it is not nearby the city center.
Bathroom is too small
Friendly and helpful staff from the receptionists to the maids. The room I stayed in was in a great condition and everything was very clean and new. It was roomy compared to other hotels in Paris. The bathroom was on the small side, but certainly of an adequate size. It has a very old and exotic elevator, which was fun to ride in. It is near several useful metro stations, as well as 24/7 convenience store. The restaurant/pub at the corner of the street is also very nice. I would definitely stay there again!
Noise insulation is not the greatest. The shower head was squirting in a few more directins than it was originally meant to.
The location is great: you are near a subway junction and you can reach all the important objectives. The price is fair.
The room walls were really thin and you could hear almost everything from your neighbours. The bed was really unstable. The staff was not very friendly.
The location is really good! one minute walk to the metro which leads us to everywhere. The area is very quite and not dangerous. Good value!
Wifi has no signal inside the room! also the receptionist has bad math… no receipt or anything needed to claim luggage, a little bit concern for that
The staff was friendly. We had booked 2 roons, one was good but the other was not upto our expectations.. Overall it was good
Wifi connection is one per room .. so onli.one person can connect at a time. Speed was ok.
