I enjoyed the peacefulness and the pool area. Attention to detail was lacking. Porters did not offer to carry bags to our room, and while we arrived to dinner early we were left sitting in the bar for an hour and a half. |

Antiquated hotel in need of refurdishment. Arrived very late afternoon and room not ready. No hot water in the evening. Grumpy staff and overpriced food. A huge disappointment. |

The room and grounds were beautiful With a few notable exceptions the staff was unfriendly to the point of rudeness. They would ignore you when you came in, never smile, and were outright rude if you asked a question that made them actually work. I asked for a receipt showing that I paid at the end rather than one showing an outstanding balance and they refused!! |

ホテルスタッフが非常に親切で、子供にも優しかった。歴史を感じさせる建物で宿泊の価値あり。 近隣にもホテルそのものにも時間を潰せる場所無し。夏場はプールがあるが･･･宿泊とレストランでの食事のみを楽しむ場所という印象。 |
